New Business: Case No. 2015-02: Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan approval request under Fairborn Codified Ordinances (FCO) Chapters 1145 and 1146 for Section Five (5) of the Waterford Landing residential subdivision proposing 28 single family lots; Section 5 is located immediately south and west of Section 4, continues development to the west along Waterford Boulevard and Baywood Drive and creates two (2) new streets to the south. The overall area contains 145.735 acres and is located east of I-675, west of Byron Road and south of W Yellow Springs-Fairfield Road at the southern termini of Astoria Boulevard, Black Lane and Remington Ct in a PD-1 Planned Residential Development District (Note: This case was delayed from 5/12/15). Case No. 2015-05: Change of Zoning District Designation from Bath Township Q Mineral Extraction/ Storage and QM Mineral Extraction/Storage/Processing/Manufacturing to Fairborn Agricultural and Mineral Uses under Fairborn Codified Ordinances Chapter 1176 pursuant to Chapter 1159 for 3186 Linebaugh Rd (PID# A02000200560019100) containing approximately 154.464 acres located south of Dayton-Yellow Springs Road and east of Linebaugh Road. Case No. 2015-06: Special Planning Area designation approval under FCO Chapter 1145.16 pursuant to Chapter 1145.12 to allow the acceptance of a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan application including rezoning for a project of less than five acres proposing the establishment and operation of a 9,100 sq. ft. retail store at 1854 S Maple Ave (A02000200230004400) containing approx. 1.4088 acres located generally west of I-675, north of E Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd, south of Royal Oaks Dr and east of S Maple Ave in an O-1 Office zoning district. Case No. 2015-07: Zoning text amendment to City of Fairborn Codified Ordinances (FCO) Part Eleven (11): Planning and Zoning Code Chapter 1118 “Park Land Dedication and Fees-in-Lieu”. The proposed revisions are meant to establish new guidelines, provisions, standards, requirements and restrictions associated with the regulation of parks, recreational facilities, passive and active open space, greenways and trails. 7.
