Assigning Graduation Dates to Transcripts

End of Year Attendance Analysis Refresh: 2014-2015
It is recommended that the last attendance refresh of the year for the
attendance analysis, before you roll over to the new school year,
include the entire school year’s date range. The “date from” should be
your location’s first day of school and the “date to” should be the last
date of the school year. This will give you comprehensive attendance
information for the 2014-2015 school year when you use the
historical reporting option.
Remember, you can access prior year attendance analysis information
through historical reporting BUT you do not have the ability to refresh
prior year’s attendance. Historical attendance analysis reports are
based on the data from the last refresh before roll over.

Illinois State Reporting: Exit Student Enrollment Report for ISBE
As the year comes to an end, here are some reminders regarding this report.
1.
Do not put the last day of school in the Exit Date column on all your active students at the end of the
year in Demographics. The proper way to indicate last day of school is to enter the last day of school
in the “Default if Blank Value” in Data Exchange, State & Federal Reporting on the grid for Exit Student
Enrollment.
2. After you upload the file to ISBE, you will get a file back that all your students are exited.
3. You must do this report BEFORE you can do Prepare to Open School utility.
4. This should be done AFTER the teacher and student course assignment reports are complete.

Perfect Attendance Reporting: Daily Attendance
Ma
Here are suggestions for reports that will help you with your end of the year Perfect Attendance reporting.
From the Attendance Daily Report Group
Perfect Attendance List by Homeroom: This report lists students by homeroom with no daily absences for the
date range specified.
Parameters for this report:
Date Range: Enter the start and end dates for the date range you wish to find students with Perfect
Attendance. Checking the No Lower Value box on the Start of Range will look at attendance records back to
the beginning of the school year.
Attendance Code: Choose the Attendance Codes that should exclude students from perfect attendance.
Generally, these are A for full day absences, H for half day absences, and T for tardy. You may have
additional codes set up that would exclude a student from perfect attendance. If so, choose those codes as
