Important Information
As a student, you can probably think of better
things to do than your laundry, but with your
new Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card, your mission
will be that much easier.
· It’s a fast, effective way to pay for your
washing and drying
· You can top-up your card online at
www.circuitcardtopup.com
· You can even check for available
machines online
On your first visit to www.circuitcardtopup.
com, you’ll be asked to provide your unique
Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card number.
Afterwards, whenever you go online to top-up,
you’ll only have to provide your email address
- it would also be useful to have your bank
details to hand.

YOU CAN NOW USE
THE LAUNDRY
Follow the instructions on the screen, select
your university or accommodation provider,
enter your credit or debit card details, and enter the amount you want to put on your
laundry card.
When the transaction is complete you will
instantly receive an email detailing your unique
top-up number and the location of your top-up
machine. Make a note of the number or print
the email. Take your Circuit Laundry Top-Up
Card and top-up code number with you to the
top-up machine.
Top-up machine
Insert your Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card into
the top-up machine. Your balance and unique
card number will be shown. Enter your top-up
code. Your new balance will be displayed and
you’ll be asked to remove your card. You can
now use the laundry.
Using washers & dryers
Insert your Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card into
the machine you wish to use. The amount you
have in credit will be shown. Follow the on-site
machine operating instructions to start cycle.

Important Information
Your Right to Cancel
At Circuit Laundrette Services Ltd we
want you to be delighted every time you
top-up your Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card.
You have the right to cancel your purchase
of the Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card code.
However, we regret that we cannot
accept cancellations of top-up purchases
where all or part of the top-up has
been used.
To cancel, please contact Circuit
Laundrette Services Ltd within seven
working days of the date that the top-up
code was mailed to you either by email
or post. To facilitate processing your
refund as promptly as possible, please
forward your Circuit Laundry
Top-Up Card and top-up code
purchase receipt to Circuit Laundrette
Services Ltd, Victoria Court, Halifax Road,
Ripponden, West Yorkshire HX6 4AJ.
For your protection, when returning a
Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card to us, we

recommend that you use a Recorded
Delivery Service. Please note that you
will be responsible for the costs of
returning the Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card
and Circuit Laundrette Services Ltd are
not responsible for any Circuit Laundry
Top-Up Cards lost in the post.
Refund Policy
To receive a refund of part-used top-up
credit, please send your Circuit Laundry
Top-Up Card along with a copy of the
original purchases receipt to Circuit
Launderette Services Ltd at Circuit
Laundrette Services Ltd, Victoria Court,
Halifax Road, Ripponden, West Yorkshire
HX6 4AJ.
No refund will be given on card balances
of less than £5.00. Refunds will incur an
administration charge of £3.00 that will
be deducted directly from the refund
value. Refunds will be made using the
payment method used for purchase.
Refunds will not be processed for any
free credit.
Lost Cards
The Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card is the
sole responsibility of the cardholder and
Circuit Laundrette Services Ltd will not
accept liability for any loss of credit
should the Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card
be lost or stolen. The card should be kept
in a safe place at all times and considered
the same as cash.
You can request a replacement Circuit
Laundry Top-Up Card by contacting
Circuit Laundrette Services Ltd, Victoria
Court, Halifax Road, Ripponden, West
Yorkshire HX6 4AJ. No credit will be
issued on replacement Circuit Laundry
Top-up Cards.
Please note: Circuit Laundrette Services
reserve the right to charge a nominal
fee for the replacement of lost or stolen
Circuit Laundry Top-Up Cards.
Top Up Value
Circuit Laundry Top-Up Cards have a
minimum top up value of £10.00.
