About the job
• Making lending decisions for Dutch small and
medium sized companies
• Analyze borrowers’ creditworthiness
• Verify information on borrowers’ applications
and evaluate fraud risk
• Closely work together with our risk modelling
team in order to bring our credit risk model and
underwriting policy to perfection
• Corporate with our sales team in order to improve the internal underwriting process and to
optimize the application and funding experience
for our borrowers
Who we’re looking for
• Experience in the field of credit analysis for small
and medium-sized companies
• Outstanding communication and strong analytical skills
• Experience in making lending decisions to businesses based on the analysis of financial information in the context of SME credit quality
• Ability to “think outside the box” and suggest changes to processes in order to improve efficiency
and impact whilst having an appreciation for
control and prudence.
• Specialized in topics related to financial accounts
and key risk drivers
• Extensive experience in the Dutch financial services industry
• Enthusiastic for a fast-paced, team-oriented
start-up environment
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills
