Implementing Partners cannot run this report, as it is only accessible from FACTS Info. So, FACTS Info PEPFAR module users can use these instructions to pull the mechanism indicator data that they and their partners need. There are two reports explained in this guide: Report #1 (COP 2014 Targets and Results, with Outyear Targets) details how to pull fiscal year 2014 targets and results, fiscal year 2015 targets entered during fiscal year 2014, and total funding (“Implementing Mechanism Planned Amount”) from FACTS Info. Below is an example of what the report will look like, note that “Current FY Target” refers to COP 2014, and “Current FY +1 Target” refers to COP 2015: Report #2 (COP 2015 Targets with Outyear Targets) details how to pull fiscal year 2016 targets entered during fiscal year 2015, and total funding (“Implementing Mechanism Planned Amount”) from Facts Info. Below is an example of what the report will look like, not that “Current FY +1 Target” refers to COP 2016: Page 3 of 13 FACTS Info PEPFAR Module Mechanism Partner Report The MPR only includes Mechanism Level indicator data, and does not include Technical Level indicators. This report captures mechanism indicator data by Operating Unit and Planning/Reporting Cycle. In DATIM Implementing Partners cannot run this report, as it is only produced from FACTS Info, which partners cannot access. Beginning with fiscal year 2015, the indicator data must first be entered into DATIM prior to running the MPR in FACTS Info. This is because the 2015 data will be copied over from DATIM to FACTS Info on a nightly basis. Page 4 of 13 FACTS Info PEPFAR Module How to find the MPR in the Budget Module 1.
