Superb, custom-designed facilities in the heart of Sydney’s
business, legal and finance district (corner of Hunter &
Castlereagh Streets). The Centre’s generously sized mediation,
hearing and break-out rooms are quiet, light and airy
throughout.
With its exceptional service and facilities ADC provides the
perfect setting for your domestic and international mediations,
arbitration hearings, meetings and conferences.
Opening Hours
Rooms are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are
pleased to extend these hours and open on weekends at your
request.
Wifi
Complimentary Wifi is available throughout the Centre. Please
request the Wifi password from our reception staff on arrival.
Videoconference
Videoconferencing facilities are available on request. Contact
the Centre at least one week prior to your conference to confirm
your requirements and to facilitate testing.
Printing and fax
Our reception staff are happy to assist with all your printing
requirements. Standard black & white printing (20 pages) is
complimentary with each booking. Additional printing is 20
cents per page (black & white) and 50 cents per page (colour).
Our fax service is 50 cents per page.
For your more complex, or high volume, printing requirements
please speak with our reception staff on the day, or contact us
in advance of your booking. We have the benefit of a litigation
printing provider available 24 x 7 in the building, for any day or
overnight printing requirements.
Conference calls
Conference call facilities are available. Please request the service
a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Audiovisual
We are pleased to assist with all your audiovisual needs. Please
discuss your requirements at least one week in advance. We can
also suggest service providers for particular needs.

Confidential documents
Safe disposal of confidential documents is available using our
shredding facilities. Please ask our reception staff for assistance.
Courier & Storage
We are pleased to receive, hold and send documents on your
behalf. Please speak with our reception staff to arrange a pickup or contact us in advance to advise us of a delivery. We have
locked storage facilities available if your require documents held
overnight at the Centre.
Food & Beverages
Complimentary expresso coffee, a variety of teas, filtered water
and biscuits are available all day from our central galley kitchen.
Lunch, morning and afternoon teas can be arranged through our
reception staff or ordered through your preferred caterer and
delivered. We can also suggest caterers for you. For assistance with
external catering and delivery, please advise us at least 48 hours in
advance. For those wishing to step-out for lunch there is a wide
range of cafes and restaurants adjacent to or close by the Centre.
Please ask our reception staff for directions.
Court Reporting & Interpretation
We are please to suggest court reporters and interpreters
to meet your needs. Please contact us to discuss your
requirements.

ADC has negotiated preferential rates for a range of
accommodation options within walking distance. Call or email
