DRI Has Gone Digital!
To receive continuing legal education (CLE) and claims adjusters (CE) credit for your attendance at the DRI Drug and Medical
Device Litigation Seminar, you are required to complete the online form found at:
https://dri.formstack.com/forms/attendance20150070
Once you have completed the online form, you will be emailed a certificate of attendance.
The online form must be completed by May 29, 2015.
