innovative work and is looking for like-minded individuals to join us.
JobSupply Personnel (JSP) is a DES provider program offered through Prahran Mission. JSP
assists people who have a disability and works in partnership with them to gain and maintain
meaningful employment, with award wages and conditions.
We’re now looking to appoint a fellow professional to join our team -specifically a Trainer.
The Team
Our Team is comprised of experienced professionals, who are friendly, supportive and ready to
assist you to be successful. Your Manager is an experienced and dynamic leader with a wealth of
knowledge to share but also open to your suggestions for improving our service to our clients and
our results.
The Role
You will be an important member of a team launching our new and exciting initiative – a targeted
work experience and training program - designed to enhance the job readiness of our clients.
You will work closely with the employment services team and other internal stakeholders, to
develop and deliver innovative and effective training for jobseekers, and contribute to the success
of this ongoing program.
If you are passionate about training or already working in a similar field and looking for an
additional opportunity this position should suit you well. The training sessions are conducted over
two half days per week. This role has an allocation of 217 hours over 52 weeks.
Benefits
$29.5329 per hour + Superannuation + other benefits
Requirements
You will want to hit the ground running. To do so it’s important that you have a Cert 4 in Workplace
Training and Assessment and demonstrated capability in developing and delivering training in a
similar field.
A current unblemished Victorian Drivers Licence is required
