• Call for Proposals:

(i.e calls for strategic projects)

• Call for Proposals:
» Priorities of the CfP to be agreed by the 2 countries
together (Joint Monitoring Committee) and endorsed by
the EC
» CfP launched by the contracting authority
» Potential beneficiaries prepare project proposals:

At least 2 partners, 1 from each participating country

Partners shall be established in one of the participating countries
» Selection procedure lasts appox. 6 months
» Only real CBC operations for the benefit of the project
areas are selected for funding
