Accessing Classroom Recordings through D2L
Use Chrome, Firefox or IE10 and above to access D2L.
Key in “eglobal.sim.edu.sg” into the address bar
Your username is the same as your SIMConnect username without “mymail.sim.edu.sg”
Eg SIMConnect
username is [email protected]
du.sg
D2L username is aa001
Your D2L password is the same as your SIMConnect password

The 1st page you see when you logged in is called the My Home page.
System news appear on the left
Courses you are enrolled to appear on the right.
Study Skills is a 24/7 course with tips to help you become a better student. (eg. How to take better notes) This is currently undergoing revamp and unavailable
Orientation for Students is an online course providing guidance on navigating within D2L
Under the Partner University category (eg
UOL/ UOS/ SIM Global Education), you will see the courses/ subjects you are enrolled to
Click on your desired course to enter it
The 1st page you see after clicking on a course is called the Course Home page
Your subject and term description, and class will appear here
News posted by your lecturer will appear here
