Rochester Athletic Club Instructions for Member Login Username Creation or Recovery: 1) Go to RAC website www.racmn.com and click on Member Online Services in the lower left menu. It will take you to a page with instructional documents and a link to the Member Online Services or go directly to the Member Online Services website at the following address: https://member.racmn.com 2) Go to Member Login 3) Click on “Don’t have a log in?” 4) Please enter the information it is asking for, so we can verify your records 1. Type in member number 2. Type in date of birth 5) Fill in information on screen 6) If member number already has been registered you will see this information. Click on OK 7) Enter the email address that was used to register. The username and new password will be sent to that email address. 8) Go to your email and look for the information regarding your username (should be the same) and your new password. Then return to either the RAC website www.racmn.com and click on the Member Online Services and click on the link to the Member website, or go directly to https://member.racmn.com . When you log in using the new password (from your email), you will be prompted to change to a new password of your choosing. If any questions or concerns please email [email protected].
