Minutes of the 14th SEIAA Meeting (In continuation 94th meeting) held on 20th March 2015 at 15:00 PM The 14th meeting of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) was held under the Chairmanship of Shri C. L. Meena at Jivraj Mehta Bhavan, 1st Floor, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar. Shri G.H. Ban, Member of SEIAA and Shri N.K. Patel, Member Secretary of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) attended the meeting. The following cases were taken up during the meeting:‐ 1. Distance certificate from competent authority from Girnar santury to proposed project to be submitted to State Level Expert Apprisal Committee for proper categorization as per EIA Notofication 2006 3) Fermenta Biotech Ltd, Dist: Bharuch After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 4) 113 proposals of Riverbed Sand mining, Dist: Banaskantha After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 5) 16 proposals of Basalt Mining, Dist: Amreli After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 6) 1 proposal of Riverbed Sand mining, Dist: Surendranagar After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 2 7) 1 proposal of Ordinary Sand mining, Dist: Jamnagar After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 8) 11 proposals of Building Lime Stone Mining, Dist: Banaskantha After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 9) 23 proposals of Building Lime Stone, Dist: Jamnagar After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 10) 13 proposals of Basalt Mining, Dist: Jamnagar After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 11) 1 proposal of Building Lime Stone Mining, Dist: Devbhumi Dwarka After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC. 12) 1 proposal of Building Lime Stone Mining, Dist: Morbi After detalied discussion, it was decided to grant Environmental Clearance with all the conditions recommended by the SEAC.
