Welcome back to a new issue of "homes & more" , this time with the
northern hemisphere finally basking in Summer's glow. We all look
outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze with its energetic vibes
sent all through the air.
Finally, fun time is here and I guess we are all ready for the enjoyments
it 's yet to bring!!!
My thoughts were automatically directed towards dedicating this
issue to illustrating the beauty and glamorous sensation our sea shore
resorts and projects have to offer for our property owners and our
potential customers .
But suddenly found myself taking a more profound look at the history
and previous achievements of our establishment , to find myself in
front of a long list of functioning and well established projects through
out Egypt.
Thus deciding to add up a ting of our achievements reflected in the
form of a great list of projects , some of which have been functioning
for over a decade and are pointing out our strength and solidity in the
Egyptian real estate market.
Other projects that are already partly functioning with more upcoming
phases undergoing the development to complete the flourishing
community .
Together with our new projecting properties that are still under
construction and their to reflect our youthful side, our energy and our
on going developmental abilities in the real estate field.
And finally, as always we present some recent discoveries of global
style , design and good living. Hoping that this issue meets all our

How to get
the perfect tan?
First
You need to determine your SPF level
Each year it seems, there is a new higher SPF, and many think
you should automatically go higher. This is not necessarily
the case -- although generally the higher the better.
Remember
Determine your skin type:
Are you fair and burn easily? Then you need to choose a
higher SPF (think SPF 45 and up).
Are you medium toned and tan but rarely burn? Then you
should be looking at least mid-ranged SPFs (30 - 45).
Dark skinned? You naturally have an SPF of 4 because of the
pigmentation in your skin, but that doesn't mean you should
skimp on the SPF in your sunscreen. People with dark skin
should choose at least an SPF of 15 - 30.
Sun Protection Factor
Sun Protection Factor, or SPF, is a rating
system to help you determine the level
of sun protection in the product you are
using. Ranging from 2 to 60+, SPF is
different for everybody. To determine the
best level of protection for you, you need
to know the amount of sun-exposure-time
it takes for your skin to burn. Let's say you
need ten minutes of sun exposure for the
skin to turn red. If you opt for a sunscreen
with a level of 2 SPF, you multiply that by
your exposure time, and you get 20. That
means a sunscreen with an SPF of 2 would
provide you with 20 minutes of protection
before you start to burn. Therefore, using
an SPF of 30 would provide you with
300 minutes of protection before your
skin would turn red. The higher the SPF
number, the longer it will take to burn
No matter what your skin type is or if you burn easily
or not, you should never go without a minimum of
SPF 15 ….

to drink during these long, hot summer days. Thirst
and exhaustion are especially a challenge for those
who work outside in the excessive heat, during long
and hot summer days. It may be required to fast for
as many as sixteen or more hours at a time. To ensure
adequate nutrition and continued good health, follow
these steps:

Prior to Ramadan, you should
always consult a doctor about the
safety of fasting in some health
circumstances.

healthy, recognize that Ramadan
will take a toll. Plan your schedule
and meals ahead of time in order
to make sure you get the nutrients,
hydration, and rest that you need.

Eat suhoor just prior to dawn.

and rewards. It will help you wake up for the Fajr prayer.
The suhoor meal is Sunnah. And
this morning meal is generally
