Paul Krikler has his own Communication and Presentation Skills Consulting
Practice. Paul recently left Goldman Sachs after a 21 year career in London and
New York. Paul spent nine years as an Analyst in London followed by a spell in
Product Marketing. He also also established and ran the Content Management
Group (globally) and the post-Spitzer Research Compliance Group at Goldman.
Paul has a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge in the UK
and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Deane Dray has more than 25 years of investment experience, including 12 years covering the industrial sector.
Mr. Dray joined FBR Capital Markets & Co. in January 2009 as a senior analyst in the diversified industrials
group, with a focus on the Multi-Industry & Electrical Equipment and Water subsectors. Prior to joining
FBRC, Mr. Dray spent 11 years as a senior analyst with Goldman Sachs Equity Research covering this
industrial sector. Prior to that, he worked at Lehman Brothers for 10 years in several different capacities,
including an institutional salesperson, a staff officer to the president and CEO of Lehman Brothers, and then as
an equity research analyst. Mr. Dray was ranked number-one in the 2009 survey by the Wall Street Journal’s
Best on the Street survey for Industrials. He has been ranked by StarMine as the No. 1 earnings estimator for
Industrial Conglomerates. He has also earned a top-three ranking in stock picking in StarMine over this period.
Additionally, for the past three years, Mr. Dray has served as an advisor to the United Nations Environment
Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), which assists developing countries with gaining better access to
drinking water and waste water treatment resources. He has published extensively on the global water sector
and has presented at numerous conferences sponsored by the United Nations, World Bank, and World Water
Week. He most recently moderated a panel in Stockholm at the 2009 World Water Week for the United
Nations. Mr. Dray received his B.A. from Brown University with honors and completed his M.B.A. at the New
York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the
New York Society of Securities Analysts.
