Go to www.REALTOR.org Click on “Sign In” in the top middle of the website Enter your REALTOR.org user name Enter your password Click the “GO” button 6. Your name will be displayed in the top middle to show that you logged in successfully 7. Click on “My Account” at top 8. Your account page will be displayed. 9. Click on “View My Education Records”. 10. “Change My Information” page will appear. Click on “View My Education Records”. 11. Your Code of Ethics education records will appear. 12. If there are no records recorded, we DO NOT have a Code of Ethics certificate for you. Please submit your current certificate with your MLS ID or NRDS# to us by fax at 623.931.1008. 13. If you see classes listed, verify that one of these course numbers is listed: a. b. c. d. 2013C4 2014C4 2015C4 2016C4 b. c. d. e. 20131 20141 20151 20161 If you have one of these 8 course numbers, we have your Code of Ethics course recorded and you comply with the 4th quadrennial requirement. 14. If you have a class number of 20133C3, 20143C3, 20153C3 or 20163C3 the class record is for the 3rd quadrennial cycle taken during 2013-2016. It does not qualify for this quadrennial. EXAMPLE: This record shows this person has not reported his/her COE class to WeMAR for this quadrennial period. If you took COE for the 3rd quadrennial during the 4th quadrennial, you will need to take another COE class. Your course number would reflect 20133C3, 20143C3, 20153C3 or 20163C3.
