The application collects secure, protected online credit card payments for fines issued to residential and commercial alarm owners whose property has been cited for seven or more false alarm visits by JSO within the same calendar year. Before you begin You will need to enter your alarm decal number (issued by the JSO Alarm Office) or the citation invoice number, which you received in the mail. You can view all unpaid alarm citations online before you pay. For multiple citations If you have multiple false alarm citations, you must pay for them in chronological order from the oldest one first. For instance, you cannot pay for only the newest citation without first paying for all prior citations. The system allows you to pay for four citations at a time ($100 maximum) with a secure online payment. Select the citations that you want to pay. Remember that you must pay for the oldest citations first. The system imposes a $100 cap on each online payment; therefore, up to four citations can be paid at a time.
