CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTES
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge. Please inform us of the substitute participant’s
particulars in writing. A full refund less 10% administrative charge will be returned for cancellations received in writing by 5
March 2014. Regrettably, no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 5 March 2014.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. In the
event that the Seminar is cancelled by the Organiser, the registration fee (less bank charges) will be refunded.
