TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Purpose of the Promotion. Bionic H.T. Ltd Company, Diomedous 3 Strovolos, Nicosia (hereby named “the Organiser”) announces the launch of promotion, which will be carried out from the Organiser on its website. (https://www.bionic.com.cy - hereby named “the Website”). 2. Eligibility to the Promotion. Participants in the Promotion are those who live permanently in Cyprus and are over 18 years old. 3. Participants Exclusion. Excluded from the promotion are: a) the employees of the Organiser’s company, b) first degree relatives of those employees and their wives and c) those who use fake information on the Website’s registration progress. Participants’ exclusion can be done at any stage of the Promotion even during the Gift delivery stage. 4. Participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion presupposes that all participants have a valid account with real data to the Website of the Organiser. If it turns out that the account is fake, then the Organiser can exclude the participant from the Promotion and any claims for discount coupons are invalid. 5. Duration of the Promotion. Duration of the Promotion is defined the period until 31 March 2015 or if the total number of Participants reaches 75 6. How to Participate in the Promotion. Those wishing to participate in the Promotion should carry web orders equal or greater than € 80.00 from the Organiser’s Website. 7. Gifts. The gifts of the Promotion (hereby named “the Gifts”) are Discount Coupons worth of €20.00 each and these will be given to the first 75 participants who will take part in the Promotion. Vouchers are valid only for purchases of equal or greater than €80.00 via the Organiser’s Website, only for accounts associated with an e-mail address to which Discount Coupons will be sent and can be used only for one order which may include any products that the participant prefers. Participants can use the Discount Coupons within three months from the day that they receive the Discount Coupon through their e-mail. The winners of the Promotion cannot exchange gifts with money or other products or transfer the gift to another person. 8. Other Terms. By agreeing to receive Discount Coupons of the Promotion, the winners authorize the Company to use the name, surname and perhaps a face photo via public relations and media. 9. Receiving the Discount Coupon. After the purchase is done from the participant as outlined in point (6), the Promoter will check the orders and then send the Discount Coupon to the email address as indicated on the account that completed the purchase. 10. Responsibility. The Promoter will not be liable if for any technical reason it is impossible to send an email. 11. Publicity. The terms and conditions of the Promotion are published on the Organiser’s Website. 12. Privacy. The Participants' personal data are collected by the Organiser for the sole purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes approval of participants to use of the data as explained above. Each participant has the right of access to his data and may at any time request the adjustment or removal of it with a letter to the Promoter of the Promotion. The Promoter can also ask for additional personal details. 13. Cancellation of Promotion – Terms Modification. The can cancel the Promotion or adjust the terms and conditions of it, informing through the Website, with effective date of cancellation / modification the date of the update.
