1 HOW to SCHEDULE an EGS BACKUP in WINDOWS XP If you want to set a regular schedule for your backup, you may do so by using Microsoft Scheduler, a system tool bundled with your Microsoft OS package. 1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Scheduled Tasks. This will open the Scheduled Tasks window. 2. Double-click the Add Scheduled Task icon to start adding your backup schedule. 3. The Scheduled Task Wizard will now start. Follow the instructions in the dialog boxes. Tip: If you want the backup to automatically start, select the Open advanced properties for this task when I click Finish check box. The server name. The database name. Username for SQL Server Password for SQL Server 0 if the CALCMENU pictures will not be included;1 for all pictures; 2 for used pictures only 0 if the backup will not be compressed (will produce EGK file); 1 if the backup will be compressed (EGZ file) EGSBackup will use Windows Authentication to connect to the SQL Server.
