ELB VIDEO RULES and REGULATIONS

ELB VIDEO RULES and REGULATIONS
As the demand for energy continues to rise, Avista has to meet those needs reliably and responsibly. Our
customers want low rates, yet there are increasing demands for new sources of energy, which come at a
price. Energy efficiency is the “original” green energy. Nothing is more environmentally friendly than
energy not used. You now have the opportunity to be part of engaging your community in the wise use of
energy resources. Here’s your challenge: Create a 2:00 minute or less video that demonstrates your
understanding of energy conservation and creatively motivates your community, those around you, and
maybe even the world to conserve. After all, every little bit can really add up!
This contest is intended for students attending high schools serviced by Avista with electric, natural gas, or
both. Please do not proceed if you are not a high school student attending a school serviced by Avista.
Entry of videos for the contest is limited to students meeting these criteria at time of entry. By entering a
video in this contest the entrant relinquishes all right of ownership, including copyright, and in doing so,
transfers ownership of that video to Avista (the “Contest Operator”). Entry into this Contest constitutes your
acceptance of these Official Rules and Regulations.
