● Contest Rules and Regulations 1. How to Enter _ShopYEG_ Lexus Contest (the “Contest”). To enter, please complete the online form available at www.shopyeg.com (the “Website”) to create your free account. Click on the “Spin to Win” feature to be eligible for the prize package. Lexus of Edmonton (a division of Herblens Motors Inc.) (the “Sponsor”) will not accept entries for this Contest submitted by phone, fax, courier, or mail. 2. The Prize Each Contest winner will receive a prize package which includes _12 month lease of a 2013 Lexus CT_ (the “Prize”). The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. A total of 1 Prize package will be awarded. The approximate retail value of each Prize is $8,952.00_. Winner is not entitled to any monetary difference between the actual Prize value and the stated approximate value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize cannot be awarded for any reason. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. In order to be eligible for claiming the Prize, the winner agrees to attend at the dealership to sign the Sponsor's standard form of lease, and to agree to the terms and conditions contained therein. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or modify this Contest at any time without notice, including if any form of malware, tampering, error in programming, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor and its directors, officers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, divisions and subsidiaries corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. To win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. 3. Promotion Period The Contest starts at _12:00 am_ MST on _December 15, 2012_ and ends at 12:00 am_ (MST) on _December 15, 2013__ (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor reserves the right to change the Promotion Period in its sole discretion. 4. Eligibility The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta aged 18 and older with a valid Drivers License of residing province, and shall be interpreted and evaluated in accordance with the laws of Canada. Entrants must have attained the age of majority in their province of residence. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiary companies, agents and advertising agencies and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling or spouse) of each of such employee are not eligible to enter the Contest. 5. Entries All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest rules and the decisions of the Contest judges. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 6. Conduct The Sponsor in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whom the Sponsor believes or finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, or the Website, behaving contrary to the rules of the Contest, or who conducts himself/herself with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass the Sponsor. 7. Liability (a) By entering this Contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor: (i) has no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the awarding or use of the Prize; (ii) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize, (iii) disclaims any implied warranty, and (iv) is not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant’s acceptance or use of the Prize or otherwise from such entrant’s participation in this Contest. (b) The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected due to human error or technical reasons, including failure of the Website, problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from this Contest. 8. Privacy All information collected for this Contest is for the sole purpose of the Contest and will not be sold or transmitted to third parties not involved with the Contest.
