Die EnergieAgentur.NRW fungiert als strategische Plattform mit breiter Kompetenz im Energiebereich: von der
Energieforschung, der technischen Entwicklung, Demonstration und Markteinführung über die Energieberatung bis
hin zur beruflichen Weiterbildung. In den Schwerpunktbereichen „Energieeffizienz und Erneuerbare Energien
für Unternehmen und Kommunen“, „Energieeffizientes
und solares Bauen“, „Innovative Kraftwerks- und Netztechnik“, „Biomasse“, „Kraftstoffe und Antriebe der Zukunft“, „Brennstoffzelle und Wasserstoff“ sowie „Photovoltaik“ werden technische Innovationen vorangetrieben,
der Know-how-Transfer zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft forciert, umfassende Beratungs- und Weiterbildungsleistungen angeboten und Unternehmen aus NRW
im Bereich Außenwirtschaft unterstützt. Somit steht die
EnergieAgentur.NRW als zentraler Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen rund um das Thema Energie zur Verfügung.
Einige Instrumente der EnergieAgentur.NRW:
In Kompetenz-Netzwerken für Unternehmen, Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen konzentrieren sich die
Aktivitäten der EnergieAgentur.NRW darauf, Innovationsprozesse in NRW in die Wege zu leiten, Kooperationen und
strategische Allianzen anzubahnen sowie Markteinführungen von innovativen Produkten national und international
zu beschleunigen.
Mit ihren Beratungsinstrumenten informieren Ingenieure
der EnergieAgentur.NRW über energetische Schwachstellen – von der Gebäudetechnik bis zu Produktionsabläufen. Das Spektrum reicht von der Heizungsanlage
über die Wärmerückgewinnung bis zu Dämmung als
Schutz vor Wärme und Kälte in großen Werkshallen. Die
Ingenieure beraten zu Fördermöglichkeiten, verhelfen
Unternehmen zur Minderung der Energiekosten und tragen somit zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit bei.
Weiterbildung: Die EnergieAgentur.NRW bietet – auch für
Endverbraucher – eine Reihe von Weiterbildungsseminaren an. Die Seminare können von Weiterbildungseinrichtungen, Energieversorgungsunternehmen, Verbänden,
Vereinen, Hochschulen, Kommunen und Unternehmen
in Nordrhein-Westfalen genutzt werden.

Service provider of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia
in all energy matters
The EnergyAgency.NRW acts as a strategic platform with
wide-ranging expertise in the energy domain: from funding of research, technical development, demonstration
and market launch to energy consultancy and continuous
vocational training. In the focal areas of ’Energy Efficiency
and Renewable Energies in Companies and Local Authorities‘ ’Energy-Efficient and Solar Construction‘, ’Innovative
Power Plants and Power Supply Technology‘, ’Biomass‘,
’Fuels and Drive Systems of the Future‘, ’Fuel Cells and
Hydrogen‘ and ’Photovoltaics‘ great efforts are being made to advance technical innovations and to forge ahead
with know-how transfer between science and industry, a
comprehensive range of consultancy and continuous training services are being offered and companies from North
Rhine-Westphalia are being given support in matters of foreign trade.The EnergyAgency.NRW is therefore available
as a central contact point for all matters related to the
subject of energy.
Some instruments of the EnergyAgency.NRW:
In Competence Networks for companies, higher education institutions and research facilities, the activities
of the EnergyAgency.NRW are concentrated on forging
ahead with innovation processes in NRW, paving the way
for cooperations and strategic alliances and speeding up
market launches for innovative products nationally and
internationally.
With their consultancy instruments, engineers from the
EnergyAgency.NRW pass on information on energy deficiencies – from facility management to production processes. This ranges from the heating system and heat recovery through to insulation against heat and cold in large
factory shops. The engineers provide advice on the possibility of obtaining funds, help companies to reduce energy costs and thus help enhance competitiveness.
Continuous Training: The EnergyAgency. NRW offers a
series of continuous training seminars – including seminars for consumers. The seminars are intended for use
by continuous training institutions, energy supply utilities,
federations, institutions of higher education, local authorities and companies in North Rhine-Westphalia.
State-wide campaigns and community actions such as
’My House Saves‘ (www.mein-haus-spart.de), 50 Solar
energy estates NRW (www.50-solarsiedlungen.de), the
’Wood Pellets Action‘ (www.aktion-holzpellets.de) or the
’NRW Heat Pump Marketplace‘ (www.waermepumpenmarktplatz-nrw.de) are intended to teach the general
public in North Rhine-Westphalia about environmentally
friendly heating alternatives and give them further tips
on how to save energy.

ネルギー研究から技術開発、紹介と説明、市場への導⼊、
そしてエネルギーに関するコンサルティング的窓⼝であり
、技術向上セミナーもサポートしています。
「企業、⾃治体のためのエネルギー効率と再⽣可能なエネ

Kompetenz-Netzwerk Brennstoffzelle
und Wasserstoff Nordrhein-Westfalen
Ziel des Kompetenz-Netzwerks Brennstoffzelle und
Wasserstoff NRW ist die Entwicklung der Brennstoffzelle
und darauf angepasster Systemkomponenten, begleitet
durch eine zielgerichtete Grundlagenforschung. Zusätzlich wird die Einführung der Brennstoffzelle in frühen
Märkten, die eine Brückenfunktion zum Massenmarkt
haben, angestrebt. Parallel soll eine bedarfsorientierte
Wasserstoff-Energiewirtschaft auf Basis bestehender Infrastrukturen in Nordrhein-Westfalen aufgebaut werden.
Ein Schwerpunkt der Netzwerkarbeit liegt auf der Zusammenführung bestehenden Know-hows in Wissenschaft
und Wirtschaft. Ergänzend sollen weitere Kompetenzen
ermittelt, aufgebaut und integriert werden. Dies sind beispielsweise Unternehmen und Institute, die bislang noch
nicht unmittelbar auf dem Gebiet der Brennstoffzellenund Wasserstofftechnik tätig waren, aber aufgrund ihres
Know-hows wertvolle Beiträge sowohl zu der Entwicklung
von Brennstoffzellensystemen und -komponenten als
auch zum Themenfeld der Produktion, der Speicherung
und des Transports von Wasserstoff leisten können. Auch
nicht in Nordrhein-Westfalen ansässige Firmen aus dem
In- und Ausland können Mitglieder im Netzwerk werden.
Das Kompetenz-Netzwerk Brennstoffzelle und Wasserstoff NRW bietet eine Vielzahl von Dienstleistungen für
seine mittlerweile rund 340 Mitglieder an. Dazu gehören
Arbeitskreise zu Themen aus dem Bereich der Brennstoffzellen- und Wasserstofftechnik wie auch die Organisation
von Delegationsreisen zu Brennstoffzellenunternehmen
und von Gemeinschaftsständen auf Messen im In- und
Ausland.
Wichtigste Aufgabe ist die Initiierung von Kooperationsprojekten. Hier unterstützt das Netzwerk bei der Themenfindung und hilft bei der Suche nach Projektpartnern mit
spezieller Expertise. In Nordrhein-Westfalen wurden bereits 81 Brennstoffzellenprojekte im Gesamtvolumen von
130 Mio. Euro durch öffentliche Mittel in Höhe von 80 Mio.
Euro gefördert. Dabei reicht das Themenspektrum von
einzelnen Systemkomponenten, wie Verdichter und Wechselrichter, bis hin zu Brennstoffzellenapplikationen im
portablen, stationären und mobilen Bereich.
Das Netzwerk hat dazu beigetragen, dass NordrheinWestfalen zunehmend – auch international – als einer der
führenden Brennstoffzellenstandorte in Europa angesehen wird. Diese Tatsache wird nicht zuletzt durch die engen Kooperationen des Netzwerks und seiner Mitglieder
mit Partnern aus den USA, Kanada und dem asiatischen
Raum belegt.

Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Network NRW
The goal of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Network of North
Rhine-Westphalia is the development of the fuel cells
and the adapted system components accompanied by a
target-orientated basic research. In addition, the launch
of the fuel cells onto early markets is aimed at having a
bridge function to the mass market. At the same time a
demand orientated hydrogen energy economy is established on the basis of existing infrastructures in North
Rhine-Westphalia.
The most important task is the initiation of cooperation
projects. Here the network supports with raising themes
and with the search for project partners with particular
expertise. In North Rhine-Westphalia 81 fuel cell projects
with a total volume of 130 m Euros have already been
publicly subsidised to an amount of 80 m Euro. The topics
range from individual system components such as compressors and inverters to fuel cell applications in the portable, stationary and mobile sector.
The focus of the network lies in the combination of existing know-how in science and industry. Additionally, further areas of expertise shall be identified, established and
integrated. These are for example companies and institutes, which so far have not been directly active in the sector of the fuel cells and hydrogen technology, but which,
due to their know-how, may provide valuable contributions to the development of the fuel cell systems and
components as well as to the area of the production, storage and transport of hydrogen. All national and international companies, even if not located in North Rhine-Westphalia, may become members of the network.
The network has contributed to the fact that North RhineWestphalia is increasingly considered – also internationally – as one of the leading fuel cell locations in Europe. This
fact has also been proved by in the close cooperation of
the network and its members with partners from the USA,
Canada and Asian countries.
The Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Network NRW provides a
range of services for its roughly 340 members. This includes working groups for the sectors of the fuel cell and
hydrogen technology as well as the organisation of delegation visits to fuel cell companies and of common stands
on national and international trade fairs.

燃料電池と⽔素におけるノウハウ・ネットワーク
ノルトライン・ヴェストファーレン
この燃料電池と⽔素におけるノウハウ・ネットワーク
ノルトライン・ヴェストファーレンでは、⽬的にかなった
基礎研究をベースとした燃料電池開発とそれに適合したシ
ステムコンポーネント開発を⽬的としています。さらに燃
料電池の早期市場への参⼊が将来⼤量市場へと結びつくよ
う架け橋的機能を果たすことも⽬標とされています。
さらに、すでに整備されているノルトライン・ヴェストフ
ァーレン州内のインフラをベースに供給指向の⽔素エネル
ギー産業を構築することも同組織の課題です。
最も重要な課題は共同プロジェクトの発⾜にあります。本
ネットワークは、テーマ探しをサポートし、専⾨知識を持
つプロジェクトパートナー探しのお⼿伝いも⾏っています
。すでに81件ある燃料電池プロジェクトにかかる総額1億3
000万ユーロのうち、8000万ユーロは公的援助を受けてい
ます。これらのテーマはコンプレッサーとインバーターな
どの単⼀システムコンポーネントからポータブル式、設置
式や移動式の燃料電池アプリケーションにいたるまで広域
にわたっています。
ノウハウ・ネットワークの重点は、既存する科学と経済の
ノウハウの融合に置かれています。さらに、それを補うた
めにその他のノウハウを認識、構築、統合する必要があり
ます。ここでは、これまで燃料電池・⽔素技術分野に直接
関わっていなくても燃料電池システムとコンポーネントの
開発および⽣産、⽔素貯蔵および運搬に貢献するノウハウ
を備えた企業や研究機関を対象としています。
このネットワークの働きにより、ノルトライン・ヴェスト
ファーレンはヨーロッパにおける燃料電池の最先端⽣産拠
点として国際的にも評価されようになりました。この実現
にはアメリカ合衆国、カナダ、アジア圏のパートナーとネ
ットワークメンバーとの密接な提携関係がベースとなって
います。
この燃料電池と⽔素におけるノウハウ・ネットワーク
ノルトライン・ヴェストファーレンでは
会員の皆様（現在340社以上）に様々なサービスを提供し
ています。その⼀環として、燃料電池と⽔素技術に関する
テーマのワークグループや、燃料電池企業への視察旅⾏と
国内外の⾒本市での共同ブースの設置なども⾏っています
。

The Coatema Coating Machinery produces coating and laminating equipment for applications on panel substrates for various markets such as
renewable energies, textile, foil and paper. These may either be small
laboratory pilot devices as well as turnkey ready production solutions.
Furthermore, Coatema provides its own technical centre for customer
tests on an area of 1,200 sqm with 10 pilot devices and the production

sich hier der Standort des Servicecenters für das EU-Projekt HYCHAINMiniTrans (Fahrzeuge mit Brennstoffzellen). Direkt im Umfeld des Gebäudes wird der Betrieb der großtechnischen Demonstrationsanlage des
„Blauen Turms“ (Wasserstoff aus Biomasse) realisiert. In Herten haben

On the former site of the coalmine „Zeche Ewald“, the town of Herten is
building the fuel cell and hydrogen technology field into an internationally
leading one. At the end of 2008 the H2 centre will be ready for occupancy.
Our application centre offers the premises and technical facilities with the
special focus on this technology. It will also become the location for the
service centre of the EU project HYCHAIN-Mini-Trans (fuel cells vehicles).
Near the building the major technical demonstration plant ”Blauer Turm“
(hydrogen generation from biomass) will be put into practise. In Herten,

During the first years of its existence ZBT has focused on decentralized
hydrogen generation from hydrocarbons, development of fuel cells and
BOP technology. Additionally, new topics like electrochemistry, hydrogen
infrastructure, production technology and standardisation are being
established.
Themes/Exhibits
Fuel cells use hydrogen as fuel, which must be made available either in
tanks or be produced locally from energy carriers such as natural gas, biogas, LPG or diesel. In their essence, mobile and stationary applications define different requirements for reformer technologies. In exhibits, two current development lines of these technologies for hydrogen production
from natural gas, LPG and biogas will be presented.

Partnerland Japan
Hightech aus dem Land der aufgehenden Sonne steht
dieses Jahr im Mittelpunkt der Hannover Messe. Unter
dem Motto „Cooperation through Innovation“ wird sich
Japan als Partnerland der weltweit größten Industriemesse auf 3500 m2 Gesamtfläche präsentieren. Etwa 150
Aussteller aus Japan, darunter weltweit bekannte Unternehmen wie Sharp, Toshiba und Toyota sowie kleine und
mittlere Unternehmen mit Spitzentechnologien, zeigen
u.a. Innovationen aus den Bereichen Umwelt und Energie,
Robotik oder Mikro- und Nanotechnologie. Unter Leitung
der japanischen Außenhandelsorganisation JETRO wird
es einen japanischen Gemeinschaftsstand geben. Der
Generaldirektor der JETRO Düsseldorf, Kazuaki Yuoka,
erhofft sich davon, dass „durch die Teilnahme als Partnerland die Kooperationen mit Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen aus NRW, welches die größte
Ausstellungsfläche unter den deutschen Ausstellern
einnimmt, intensiviert werden“.
Japanisch-deutsche High-Level-Kooperationen
bei Innovationen und in der Hightech-Industrie
Die deutsch-japanischen Kooperationen im Bereich
„Innovationen“ stehen zum Messeauftakt im Mittelpunkt
des „Deutsch-Japanischen Business Summit“ (Montag,
21.04.2008, 10:45–15:30 Uhr, Convention Center, Saal 2)
Unter der Schirmherrschaft des Bundesverband der
Deutschen Industrie (BDI) sprechen Bundeskanzlerin
Angela Merkel, der japanische Premierminister Fukuda
und weitere führende Persönlichkeiten beider Länder aus
Wirtschaft und Politik über Kooperationsmöglichkeiten
zwischen Japan und Deutschland.
Außerdem veranstalten die JETRO und das technologische Forschungsinstitut AIST ein „Photovoltaik Forum“
(Do, 24.04.2008, 13:00 - 16:30 Uhr, Halle 27) zu den Themen Solareneergietechnik und Solarzellen. In diesen Bereichen teilen sich sowohl Japan als auch Deutschland die
Weltmarktführerschaft. An dem Forum nehmen deutsche
und japanische Vertreter aus Regierung, Unternehmen
und Forschungsinstituten teil und diskutieren über Möglichkeiten für strategische Partnerschaften zwischen beiden Ländern in diesen Bereichen.
Hightech in Halle 2
Der 630m2 umfassende japanische Gemeinschaftsstand
befindet sich – dem Partnerlandmotto entsprechend – in
der Leitmesse „Research & Technology“ in Halle 2. Das
National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and
Technology (AIST), das in der industriellen Grundlagenforschung aktiv ist, stellt hier seine Spitzenforschung vor
allem im Umwelt- und Energiebereich vor. Die Präfektur
Tokushima stellt den Entwurf für ein „LED-Valley“ vor, in
welchem u.a. das Unternehmen Nichia Co., das als erstes
Unternehmen weltweit blaue LED-Produkte herstellte,
beteiligt ist. Desweiteren präsentiert Tokushima die Forschung der Otsuka Pharmaceutical Unternehmensgruppe. Weitere Produkt- und Innovationshighlights sind u. a.
Glasfasertechnologien und praktische Anwendungen aus
der Region Shizuoka/Hamamatsu sowie Elektronik- und
Maschinenbautechnologien von zwölf Unternehmen aus
der Präfektur Okayama.
Umwelt und Energie in Halle 27
In Halle 27 (Energy) sind zwölf Aussteller auf einer Fläche
von 657m2 vertreten. Dazu zählen z. B. die Unternehmen
Sharp Co., Toyota Motor Co., Mitsubishi Heavy Industries,
Ltd. und Nippon Oil Co., die für ihre Spitzentechnologie
und Hightech-Produkte im Umwelt- und Energiebereich
bekannt sind, und die New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), die ebenfalls
Spitzenforschung in diesen Bereichen betreibt. NEDO
stellt seine Technologieforschung in den Bereichen Energie und Energiesparen vor, Toyota und Co. präsentieren
konkrete Anwendungen, z. B. Solarzellen, Brennstoffzellen
und Fahrzeuge mit Brennstoffzellenantrieb. Kooperationen im Bereich Innovation zwischen deutschen und japa-

In Halle 17 (Factory Automation) stellt sich Yaskawa Electric Co. vor. Das Unternehmen hat sich im Bereich industrieller Robotik weltweit einen Namen gemacht. In Halle 5
(Subcontracting) werden innovative und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte für die Automobil-, Metall-, Chemie- und
Elektronikindustrie präsentiert.

High-tech from the Land of the Rising Sun will play a
key role in this year’s Hannover Messe (Hannover Fair;
21.–25.04.2008). Taking ”Cooperation through Innovation“ as its scheme, Japan will be the partner country of
the world’s largest industrial fair and will present itself on
a total display space of 3,500 square metres. About 150
exhibitors from Japan – among them famous names like
Sharp, Toshiba and Toyota as well as many small and
medium-sized companies – will show innovations from
sectors like environment and energy, robotics, as well as
micro- and nanotechnology. Lead-managed by the Japan
External Trade Organization (JETRO), there will be a central Japanese stand. Mr. Kazuaki Yuoka, director-general
of JETRO Düsseldorf, hopes that ”being partner country,
the cooperation with companies and research institutes
from NRW can be intensified, even more so as NRW will
have the biggest space of all German exhibitors.“
Japanese-German Cooperation
in Innovation and High-Tech-Industry
At the beginning of the Hannover Fair, German-Japanese
cooperation in the field of ”innovations“ will be highlighted in the ”German-Japanese Business Summit“ (Monday, 21.04.2008; 10:45–15:30 h; Convention Centre,
Room 2). Under the auspices of the Federation of German
Industries (BDI), Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel, the
Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda and further key

21⽇〜25⽇開催）では、⽇出づる国のハイテク技術に
焦点があてられます。「Cooperation through Innovation ⾰新技術を通じた提携」をモットーに、世界最⼤の産業
⾒本市におけるパートナーカントリーとして⽇本が総計
3500平⽅メートルの出展⾯積上に登場します。シャープ、
東芝、トヨタなど有数企業をはじめとする⼤企業から中
⼩企業にいたるまでの⽇本企業約150社が、環境エネル
ギーやロボット、マイクロテクノロジー、ナノテクノロ
ジーなどの各種分野における⾰新技術を紹介します。さ
らに⽇本貿易振興機構（JETRO）がジャパン・パビリオ
ンを設置します。ジェトロ・デュッセルドルフ所⻑の柚岡
⼀明⽒は「パートナーカントリーとして参加することによ

ハノーバーメッセの幕開けとして、「⾰新技術」分野に

ベンションセンター、部屋番号2）が開催されます。ドイ
ツ産業連盟（BDI）の後援の下、アンゲラ・メルケル連邦

発明も展⽰します。その他にも岡⼭県の12企業による

in Hall 27
Erstmals wird in Hannover auch die Internationale Leitmesse für Kraftwerksplanung, -bau, -betrieb und -instandhaltung veranstaltet. Als neue Säule der Hannover Messe
präsentiert sie in Halle 27 Hochtechnologie und zeigt ökonomische und ökologische Trends zur effizienten Steigerung von Wirkungsgraden, zur CO2-Reduzierung und zum
nachhaltigen Klimaschutz.
For the first time, the International Trade Fair for Power
Plant planning, construction, operation, and maintenance
will take place in Hannover. As new pillar of the Hannover
Fair, it presents high technology in hall 27, and displays
economic and ecologic trends for the efficient increase
of effectiveness, CO2-reduction, and lasting climate protection.

Das Kompetenz-Netzwerk Kraftwerkstechnik NRW der
EnergieAgentur.NRW präsentiert sich gemeinsam mit
den Branchenverbänden VGB PowerTech, Essen, dem
FDBR, Düsseldorf, und der EPPSA, Brüssel, sowie nordrhein-westfälischen Unternehmen auf dem VerbändeGemeinschaftsstand Power Plant Technology in Halle 27,
Stand H35.

に向けた経済・環境的トレンドを紹介します。

Kraftwerkstechnik NRW（発電所技術NRW） が業界の協会
