How to Connect to COST or GRID

How to Connect to COST or GRID
To connect to COST or GRID over the SIPRNet, you must first install the Citrix Web Client
software. For Citrix to be able to communicate with the IDA server you must have ports 80 and
1494 open in your firewall. You may have to talk to your network security office. Once you have
installed the Citrix Web Client and determined that your ports are open, all you need is a Web
browser to access any of the IDA published applications.:
Step One: Installing the Citrix Web Client
1. Double-click the ica32web.msi file to start the Citrix Web Client installation.
2. Select English from the drop-down on the Select Language screen.
3. Click Next on the Welcome to Citrix Presentation Server Client - Web Only Setup
screen
4. Click the radio button "I accept the license agreement", then Next on the License
Agreement screen.
5. Click Next on the Ready to Install screen.
6. Click Finish on the Citrix Presentation Server Client - Web Only has been successfully
installed screen.

The first time you logon you will see a screen like the one pictured below. Change the radio button
under "What access do you want to grant?" from "No Access" to "Full Access". Leave the other
radio button on the default setting. You will not be asked again.
