How to set up ConnectLine TV
Connect to power
Connect the RCA Phono plug in the TV
and the mini jack in the TV adapter socket
labelled B.
If the TV does not have RCA Phono plug
please refer to the installation guide
included with the TV
adapter.

How to pair Streamer and TV Adapter
1
Place the Streamer next to the TV adapter
(less than 30 cm /1 ft between devices).

Press the Streamer Connect button for 5 seconds until the
blue light starts flashing.
Connect button
Pairing is done when the blue light stops flashing
rapidly. At the same time the STATUS indicator
on the TV adapter and the Audio button on the
Streamer will be orange.

How to demo ConnectLine TV
Listen to the TV
Make sure the hearing instruments are turned
on, and that the client is wearing the DEMO
streamer around the neck.
1. Make sure the TV is turned on
2. Instruct the client to press the Audio button
on the Streamer. (The Audio button on the
Streamer will now light steady orange)
3. The client is hearing sound from TV in the
hearing instruments
Receive call when watching TV
Have somebody call the phone number to
which the Phone adapter is connected.
1. Let the client know that they should expect
an incoming call.
(The Phone button is flashing green – and
the client will hear ringing tones in the hearing instruments)
2. Instruct the client to press the Phone button
on the Streamer when they hear the phone
ringing. (The Phone button will go steady
green)
3. The conversation can begin when the client
hears a beep in the hearing instruments
End call
1. Instruct the client to press the Phone button
to end the call. (The Phone button will no
longer be green)
2. After 2 secs. the sound will automatically
switch back to the TV sound. (The Audio
button will turn steady orange again)

Connect to power
Connect the Phone adapter to telephone
Move the phone cable from the telephone to the
Phone adapter. Unplug the cable from the Phone
and insert it into the BLACK socket of the Phone
adapter.
Connect the Phone adapter to telephone outlet
Take the cable included and plug one end into the
YELLOW socket on the Phone adapter. Plug the other
end in the phone socket where you just removed the
phone line. (Note: both ends are the same on the
cable).

How to pair Streamer and Phone Adapter
1
Place the Streamer next to the Phone adapter (less
than 30 cm/1ft apart).

Press the Streamer Connect button for 5 seconds

Press the red Phone button on the Phone adapter
for 5 seconds until the red status indicator is
flashing.

After approx. 5-10 seconds the red status indicator on the Phone adapter gives constant red light
and the blue light in Streamer Connect button gives
constant light for 5 seconds and then shows slow
fading light.*
5 Verify pairing by pressing the phone button on the
Streamer. You should see the red status indicator
on the adapter start flashing.
*You may have to re-pair if first pairing sequence fails.

Make a call
Answer a call
Make sure the hearing instruments are turned
on, and that the client is wearing the DEMO
Streamer around the neck.
Call the phone number to which the Phone
adapter is connected.
1. Have the client press the phone button on
the Streamer. (The phone button will now
light green – after 2 secs. the client will hear
the dial tone in the hearing instruments)
2. Instruct the client to lift phone handset and
dial the number. (The client will hear the
key tones from the phone in the hearing
instruments)
3. When the number is dialled instruct the client to replace the handset on the base
