“HOW TO”

2011 Fall Leadership Workshop
October 14 – 16, 2011
Long Lake Outdoor Education Centre
“HOW TO”
Join us October 14 - 16 to learn new skills, meet resourceful people, find out
what is working (and not working) for other clubs, discuss “how to” teach the
JFW curriculum and share your own successes.
The focus of this event is on teaching adults “how to” teach Wardens. We will
be breaking into groups to share ideas and information. If you have special
games, crafts or instructions, please forward us a documented copy prior to the
event and we will share these in the brochure or weekend package. Please
forward to Neil Marsh at [email protected]

Mileage Expenses: To help offset some of the financial burden of travel to the 2011 Fall
Workshop AJFWA members attending and operating their own vehicles will be able to claim
the expense of travel outside a 200 km radius for the event. AJFWA will reimburse mileage
travelled over 400km, round trip, at a rate of $0.25/km. This is geared to encourage
attendance from our members that have significant distances to travel by “leveling the field”
with the centrally based clubs. We also encourage carpooling wherever practical, and look
forward to seeing you at the
event!
