How do new distributors in Malaysia enroll?

Each new distributor needs to complete and sign a Malaysia
Distributor Application and Agreement form. The form is
then submitted to a 4Life Malaysia Office with a copy of
the applicant’s identification card and the first 4Life order.
No AutoShip requirements are necessary for distributor
enrollment. However, a distributor needs to maintain
100LP each month (50LP for Associates) in order to
receive commissions and bonuses. All other Life Rewards
Plan criteria must be met every month in order to
maintain distributor ranks.

Distributors may turn in a completed Distributor
Application and Agreement Form via fax (603-7493-8813)
or e-mail ([email protected]), along with a copy of their
identification card and order. Due to security reasons, we
do not encourage e-mailing a copy of your credit card with
the three-digit security number. Therefore, payment via
credit card must be supported by a signed copy of the front
and back of the card, and faxed to 603-7493-8813.

Upon completion of enrollment, the new distributor will
receive The Compass distributor training system kit, first
product order, and a 4Life Membership Card (with the
distributor’s 4Life ID#).

The new distributor must send the original Distributor
Application and Agreement Form to any of the 4Life
Malaysia Offices within 30 days of enrollment. If an
application is not received during this time period, the
distributorship shall automatically be converted to a
Customer status and will not be eligible for bonuses or
commissions.

How are commissions paid to
Malaysian distributors?

603-7491-8898. Distributors and customers may also
fax (603-7493-8813) or e-mail ([email protected])
their customer service concerns.
Payments are wired directly to bank accounts on the 10th and
25th of each month (Rapid Rewards), 15th of each month
(Power Pool), and 20th of each month (Generational Bonuses).
To receive commissions, a distributor must provide 4Life with
Malaysian bank account details.
How are Malaysian orders shipped?
1 Packages bound for Peninsular Malaysia are delivered
within three business days (does not include the day
the order was received by the 4Life Malaysia office).
The shipping charge is RM 7.50 for the first 1 kg or
part thereof; and thereafter at RM 6.00 for every
additional kg or part thereof.

Packages bound for East Malaysia are delivered within
five business days (does not include the day the order
was received by the 4Life Malaysia office). The shipping
charge is based on the actual weight, or box dimension
weight (volumetric weight), whichever is higher. The
shipping charge is RM 12.50 for every 1 kg or part thereof.
