How to Apply for Admission
新生申请就读程序指南
Prospective students who wish to apply to KWONG CHOW SCHOOL English Program.
新生申请就读广肇学校所需材料:
to complete an application form and pay an Application Fee in order to be
considered against the admissions criteria and be offered a place. Applications are
considered in chronological order of receipt. We welcome new applications
throughout the academic year.
填写申请表并根据招生政策付一定的申请费，该申请费将作为入学许可的条件之一，入学申请顺序按照缴费
收据的时间顺序排序。全学年开放入学申请。
The First Step 第一步
To apply, please submit the following 请提交以下材料和证明:
1.Completed and signed Application for Admission 填写完整并已签名的申请表.
2.An Application Fee of 10,000 Baht (non-refundable) 入学申请费10,000泰铢(不可返还).
3.Photocopy of Parents and Child’s Passports and Visas 父母双方与学生的护照，签证复印件.
4.Photocopies of Child’s Birth Certificate 学生的出生证明复印件.
5.Passport size photographs (not older than 6 months) 6张护照证件照大小的照片(六个月以内的近照).
6.Official transcript or report cards prior to current grade Levels (translated into English) 该生正式的学
习成绩单或成绩报告,尤其是该生目前所在年级的成绩单(英文版).
7.Educational assessment or specialist reports (where applicable) 教育评估或专家报告(以备用).

Applications will be accepted by email and fax, provided that the necessary hard copy
documents are followed up by mail or in person.
我校接受通过电子邮件或传真形式的入学申请，申请后请及时将所需材料的纸质版交给校方.
The Second Step 第二步
Once these documents have been submitted and the Application Fee has been received, the Admissions
Office will review the application file. More information may be requested from you or the previous
school. Kwong Chow School will then contact your family to schedule age specific assessments –
which may take the form of written tests in English,Science and Maths, a meeting with the Head of
School and a full day in class. You will then be notified at the end of the day whether your child has
met the criteria for admission.
Please note:
Early Years students are assessed by completing informal and practical activities in the classroom.
Primary and Secondary School students will undertake an English assessment in each of the 4 main
areas of the English Language (reading, writing, speaking and listening) and in a non-language based
mathematics and science assessment.
Although admission to our school is open to students of all nationalities, as the main language of
instruction is English, full participation in our curriculum
requires proficiency in the English Language.
申请人完成第一步后，校方将开始审核学生的申请材料，届时可能需父母或曾就读学校提供更详细的材料和
信息。其后，广肇学校将会联系家长和学生并安排相应的入学评估测试——包括英文、科学和数学的笔试，
与学校或年级领导的谈话，一天的真实课堂体验。校方将在当天评估结束后通知家长该生是否通过学校的入
学申请。
备注：
幼儿园学生只需在教室内完成相应的动手能力测试和相对非正式的学术考试。
中小学学生则需通过英文的四个能力测试（听力、口语、阅读、书写）以及数学和科学的考试。
尽管我校面向各个国家招生，但是由于我校国际部的主要教导语言为英文，通过我校全部课程必须熟练掌握
英文。
The Third Step 第三步
When a place is offered, the Entrance Fee must be paid within seven (7) days. If the Entrance Fee is not
received within 7 days, priority will be given to other applicants. The first installment of Tuition Fees is
due on January for May entry.
一旦校方为学生安排学位，申请人必须在七天内缴纳入学费用。假如申请人未能在七天内缴纳入学费用，校
方可优先录取其他申请者。分期缴纳学费的学生应在第一学期开学（五月）前的一月份缴纳第一期学费。

INDEMNITY TO KWONG CHOW SCHOOL 协议书
I agree to my child我同意我的孩子, ______________________________ being included in swimming
lessons, educational outings or other educational activities arranged by the school while she/he is
attending Kwong Chow School English Programme. 在广肇学校读书期间，参加广肇学校的游泳课，户外
活动以及其他由学校组织安排的活动。
In the event of any injury to my child or damage to the property of my child whilst participating in the
above, or while on the school premises or being transported to or from the school, I will not hold the
school or any member to the school staff responsible.
In signing this indemnity, I understand that in the event of an emergency every effort will be made to
contact parents. If this is not possible my child will be taken to either his/her family doctor, or a
suitable hospital for treatment.
若学生在参加以上活动期间,在校内以及在往返学校的途中，人身安全和或财产受到任何损失，学校和学校的
工作人员不承担任何责任。（学生已购买意外保险，保险公司会承担相应责任）。
签署这项协议同时，我理解在紧急情况发生时，学校会尽最大努力联系家长，在联系不到家长的情况下，学
校会送学生到家庭医生处，或适合的医院接受治疗。
Students Insurance: accidental insurance (for students that paid insurance they are covered)
学生保险：意外事故保险包括在学生已交保险费中。
Enrollment: We accept children into our school on the basis of our preliminary assessment,
information from parents and previous school, medical and/or specialists report. If a child develops a
condition or needs that cannot be met in our mainstream environment, then another, more suitable
school may need to be found. This process is always done through consultation with parents and is
based on recommendations from the school and associated educational specialists.
录取: 学生入学前，需参加入学考试，由父母或曾就读学校提供学生档案, 医学报告或专科医生的报告。若
学生出现状况，不能适应学校的主流环境，则需转去一个更适合的学校。整个过程学校会积极配合家长进
行，并与相关专家讨论，再做出决定。
