Data sheet no. 1.24b Conference Microphones GM 4422 GM 4424 GM 4425 Gooseneck Microphone The conference microphones of DIS are a series of high performance condenser microphones carefully developed to fit the DIS conference microphone units and interpreter sets. The GM 44xx features: Cardioid pattern Double rubber suspended capsule Flexible gooseneck Illuminated ring on mic. head XLR plug Back-Electret condenser mic. capsule High close talk SPL level Low noise level The low noise condenser back-electret capsule inside of the microphone head is acoustical and mechanical isolated from the rest of the microphone construction. The capsule is suspended and critical damped by the use of two special rubber bands. This DIS designed construction prevents virtually any mechanical noise from the table to be picked up by the microphones. How to order The conference microphones features a cardioid sensitivity pattern in the entire speech frequency spectrum to ensure minimum risk of an acoustical feed back arising from the sound reinforcement system. The GM 44xx is a detachable gooseneck microphone with a professional 3 pin XLR plug. The GM 44xx features a high bright illuminated ring around the microphone head. The lighting level is bright enough to be seen in camera broadcast lighting. The GM 44xx is available in three different lenghts. The GM 4422 of 36 cm, GM 4424 of 50 cm and the GM 4425 of 63 cm.
