THE TICKET BALLOT
All methods will open simultaneously so for the best chance of
getting the tickets you want, we recommend that you book online.
Festival tickets are very popular so please expect some waiting
time when booking. Thank you for your patience.
Tickets will be allocated to two separate ballots - one for Champions
and one for Members. If Champions are unsuccessful in their ballot,
they will automatically be entered into the Member ballot.

Select My Account on the toolbar and log in with your email
address (username) and password. Always log in before you
start booking to access your online booking privileges
including priority booking and booking fee exemptions.
Please note that until you’re logged in you will only be able
to view the public booking dates

GIFT AID TICKETS
The BFI is a registered charity and by choosing to give an
optional donation as part of our new Gift Aid ticket scheme,
you are supporting the BFI’s cultural and education programmes.
Gift Aid tickets are available when you book online, by telephone
and in person.
*Phone lines will open from this earlier time from 11 September until the end of the
Festival except on 20 September when they will open at 12:00
** In person booking will open at the earlier time of 9:30 on 12 September only

Post Return the attached booking form
If you enter online, we’ll email you to let you know the result
within a week of the ballot closing. If you’ve been successful
you’ll be asked to contact the Ticket Office on 020 7928 3232
(09:30–20:30*) to confirm your booking and to pay for tickets.
Any tickets unclaimed by the date specified
in the email will be released for sale.
If you enter by post, you’ll automatically be charged and sent
the ticket(s) if you’re successful.
Ticket terms

• You can book up to two tickets per performance or
up to four tickets if it is a family film or event
• You will not be able to return
or exchange Festival tickets for refunds or credit for any reason
• You will be able to redeem existing credit against Festival tickets
when booking by telephone or in person
• Festival tickets are the same prices for all but Champions
and Members are exempt from booking fees
