Disconnect earth wire from handle 3. Disconnect stem cable from top box 4. Disconnect jumper cable from stem cable 5. Open upper folding mechanism 6. Remove stem cable from handle 7. Disconnect stem cable connector next to motor controller box 8. Remove cable grommets from handle 9. Fit cable grommets and new cable and insert into handle 10. Ensure that the stem cable is put into the folding mechanism without being pinched 11. In the folding mechanism align the mark on the cog and folding mechanism 12. Tighten the folding mechanism up ensuring the washers are put in the correct order 13. Reconnect cable to top box controller 14. Check condition of drive dog – replace as required 3. Remove gearbox from chassis – undo three bolts 4. Remove motor from gearbox – undo 4 screws with allen key 5. Install new or old drive dog on new gearbox 6. Check condition of motor gearbox coupling – replace as required. 7. Fit new gear box 8. Check alignment of gearbox on chassis – in the horizontal plane should be 90° to chassis , in the vertical plane it should be parallel with the chassis 9.
