Dear Members,
Please be advised that effective June 1, 2011 the Metro NY Chapter of HFMA
has instituted a change in our payment policy as follows:
All attendees must be paid in full PRIOR to an event. If payment is NOT
received by the day of the event, the attendee will not be admitted unless
payment is made that day with our registration staff located at the event
venue.
Accepted forms of payment are: VISA, MASTERCARD, CHECK (Personal or
Corporate). Checks in the mail or copies of checks will not be accepted as
proof of payment and payment will need to be made in order to attend the

Reminder: All registrations are a guarantee of payment. If you fail to show for
the event payment is required.
We regret any inconvenience that this policy might cause you, but we believe
that it is in the best interests of our Chapter and our members to implement
this policy in order to control our costs and maintain our low registration fees.
