As required by our published end user license agreement (EULA*) you must provide the end
customer’s name, including the following details:

Zip code, City
Country
Name of contact person at the end customer
Email address of contact person
Phone number of contact person

Please list all products and services you want to order. It is crucial to list the exact name of
the product or component as featured in the NSi pricelist. Also make sure to provide the
device type (e.g. Canon MEAPweb, Ricoh ESA, HP OXPd etc.). When ordering a file import
license, please specify the type: e.g. Email, Multi-Poll, Batch Importer etc.
