STEP BY STEP GUIDE HOW TO GET STARTED in ParentVUE STEP 1 Create your ParentVUE account ST To access student information for your SUSD student, you must first set up a parent account in Synergy, Edupoint’s online teacher class website and report card tool. Visit the website: https://synergyvue.susd.org Select I am a parent>>. STEP 2 Then click I have an activation key and need to create my account>> Click I Accept to proceed to Step 2. Enter your first and last name, and the Activation Key you received from your child’s school. Page 1 of 3 TECH 484-HELP REV. 09/23/2013 STEP 3 Click Continue to Step 3, where you will be prompted to create your own username and password. Password must have a minimum of 6 characters, numbers and/or letters. Also enter the primary email address. This address will be used to recover the password if you lose it and for any email communication with the school and district. Click on Complete Account Activation to finish setting up the account. HelpDesk – 480-484-4357 [email protected] STEP 4 To view your child’s teacher’s website: Select the child you wish to view if you have more than one listed. Click the Navigation button on the far left labeled Class Websites. Page 2 of 3 TECH 484-HELP REV. 09/23/2013 STEP 5 There will be a drop down with RED text of each teacher’s website to view. Select the teacher to view the default topic “Announcements”. Each class will have a page, so be sure to check the top class first in the list, as this will usually be your child’s homeroom teacher and the most common place for announcements. Notice there are also other topics for each teacher such as Homework and Classroom Documents. Teachers may also have added their own topics to their class page.
