How to get your UQU Username and Password

Acquire your university ID number (e.g., 4312219) and its associated password that is used to access
eduGate (Arabic: Alabwaba electroniya). The password can be set at 4th Floor, General Admin, Aziziah,
or Deanship of Faculty Affairs, Aziziah.
Go to the UQU website (www.uqu.edu.sa)
Change to English
Follow the link to “e-Gate” under “Quick Links” on the right hand side.
Change to English again, and login using your university ID, and associated password.
Click on “All Instructor Information” on the right.
Scroll down, fill in the boxes below “Personal Information” (in blue).
Save (at the bottom)
Optional: Check your National ID is correct, if not, change at 4 th Floor, General Admin.
Close/Logout.
Your username/password should be available after 48 hours. Go to the main UQU website
(www.uqu.edu.sa). Change to English, click on “Forgot Email” below the login boxes on the right, again
enter your university ID and associated password (in Arabic-only page), and click the button to see if your
username and password are available.
12. Once the username/password is available, login to email (https://owa.uqu.edu.sa/owa), and change your
password.
