2012 CSA Registration
We will be offering a 24 week CSA season starting in May (whenever the vegetables are ready
for prime time picking) and ending second week in November. In August we will have a short
break with no pickups. We'll have old standards, heirlooms and new varieties of vegetables,
salad greens, fruits, herbs and flowers. We will roll out the spring season with broccoli,
strawberries, asparagus, onions, salad greens, kale, beets and more; move into the heat of
summer with herbs, early tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, squash, lettuces, beans, eggplant,
sweet and hot peppers, blackberries, melons; and flow into the cool of fall with winter
squash, sweet potatoes, greens, potatoes, onions, cabbage and turnips. There will be many
more surprise additions to our CSA baskets throughout the season. We will be adding new
vegetables, greens, and fruits as they reach the peak of ripeness.
Along with your produce, you will receive a weekly newsletter with recipes, farm news, and
tips on how to use and store your produce.
Periodically during the season there will be an opportunity to purchase eggs from another
local farmer.
