How to Submit a Purchase
Order to Señor Wooly
1) Only schools can order products with a purchase order. If you are an individual, please make
your purchase through the website, SenorWooly.com via PayPal. Furthermore, if you need
your product quickly, then please use PayPal, since purchase orders require a few extra days for
processing.
2) Prepare the following documents:
 Your school's official purchase order
 Pages 2 through 5 of this order form
 A copy of your tax-exempt letter (only required for schools in Illinois)
3) Send these items using one of the following methods:

4) If your school needs to set up SenorWooly.com as a new vendor and requires a W9 or other
paperwork, please email me at [email protected], and I will be happy to provide it.
5) As soon as I receive the purchase order, I will ship the products. If you order a subscription,
please provide the teacher’s email on page 3 of the order form. This email will help to
expedite the order.
6) Payment is expected within 2 months of receipt of products.
