HOW TO CANCEL MYFLPBIZ Many of you have tried FLP360, found it to be an incredibly valuable tool for building your Forever business and have asked how to cancel your existing MyFLPBiz subscription. Since FLP360 is completely independent of MyFLPBiz, you will need to manage your MyFLPBiz subscription separately. There are five simple steps to cancel MyFLPBiz. 2 HOW TO SIGN‐UP 1 STEP ONE Login via ForeverLiving.com: • • Go to foreverliving.com and select your home country from the country dropdown menu. Click on “Distributor Login” to login to your Distributor Site 1 HOW TO SIGN‐UP 2 STEP TWO • Login to your Distributor Site using your Distributor ID or email address and password. HOW TO SIGN‐UP 3 STEP THREE • • Click on “My Business” in the top white header. Click on MyFLPBiz. HOW TO SIGN‐UP 4 STEP FOUR • Click on Manage My Account. HOW TO SIGN‐UP 5 STEP FIVE • • • • Click on “Cancel MY FLP BIZ” Select either “Discontinue” or “Turn Off Now”. Select “Discontinue” if you want your MyFLPBiz subscription to remain active until the next renewal date. (For example, let’s say you’re signed up for a monthly subscription and you still have 15 days until your next renewal date. If you “Discontinue” your MyFLPBiz account , your account will remain active for the next 15 days. On the 16th day, instead of renewing your subscription, your subscription will run out and be cancelled.) Select “Turn Off Now” if you want to immediately terminate your MyFLPBiz account. Your account will no longer be accessible, and you will be refunded for any unused months remaining if you were signed up for an Annual Plan. HOW TO SIGN‐UP DON’T FORGET! Q: What is FLP360? Q: Why FLP360? A: As technology evolves, so do the applications that support it. We’ve done our best to keep current on MyFLPBiz, and the application has served us well for many years. Today, with the ability to surface highly available data through the cloud, we decided it was time to step up our game to provide you with the next generation of technology to manage your Forever business. Q: Does FLP360 replace MyFLPBiz? A: Yes (In the future) – FLP360 will replace MyFLPBiz. Currently, FLP360 and MyFLPBiz are two independent applications that are running in parallel. We are working on a migration plan and both are, of course, optional tools, but MyFLPBiz will be sunsetted in the near future. Q: Does FLP360 offer a complimentary 60‐day trial for new users? A: At this time, FLP360 does not offer a complimentary 60‐day trial. HOW TO SIGN‐UP Q: I have a MyFLPBiz account and want to sign up for FLP360. Will I be charged for both? A: Yes ‐ Since FLP360 is completely independent of MyFLPBiz, you will need to manage your MyFLPBiz subscription separately. This means that if you sign up for FLP360 and don’t want to continue your MyFLPBiz subscription, you will need to cancel MyFLPBiz (see steps below) to avoid being charged for both. DON’T FORGET! Q: How much does FLP360 cost? A: FLP360 is a subscription‐based service that is available in monthly or yearly plans. In the United States, the monthly subscription rate is US $20, and the annual subscription rate is US $220. FLP360 subscription rates vary by country. For specific rates, please refer to the enrollment page for your country. Q: How do I sign up for FLP360? A: Follow these steps to sign up for FLP360: Go to foreverliving.com and login to your home country’s Distributor Site. Click on the FLP360 logo on the right‐hand side of your Distributor homepage. You will be redirected to the FLP360 enrollment page. Choose to either “Pay Monthly” or “Pay Yearly”. Enter your Personal Details and Payment Information. Select a unique @flp.com username and password – this will be the username and password you use to login to your FLP360 account through Google. Click “Submit Payment”. HOW TO SIGN‐UP Q: How do I cancel MyFLPBiz? A: Follow these five simple steps to cancel MyFLPBiz: Go to foreverliving.com and login to your home country’s Distributor Site. Click on “My Business” in the top white header. Select “MyFLPBiz.” Click on Manage My Account. Click on “Cancel MY FLP BIZ” and select to either “Discontinue” or “Turn Off Now”. DON’T FORGET! Q: I just cancelled my annual MyFLPBizz subscription, but I still had several months remaining. Will I receive a refund for the unused months? A: Yes – If you opt to “Turn Off Now” when you cancel your MyFLPBiz subscription, we will refund you at a prorated rate for any unused months. Contact Distributor Support at (888) 440‐ALOE (2563) to request a refund. Q: I like my MyFLPBiz username. Can I use the same one for FLP360? A: Yes ‐ To make the transition from MyFLPBiz to FLP360 smoother, we have reserved your MyFLPBiz subdomains so that you can carry‐over your current MyFLPBiz subdomains to FLP360. For example, if your MyFLPBiz subdomain name was “AllyLovesAloe.myflpbiz.com” we have reserved “AllyLovesAloe.flp.com”. Please note that MyFLPBiz subdomains will only be held through June 30th. Beginning the 1st of July, all existing MyFLPBiz subdomains will be released. Q: What will happen to my existing MyFLPBiz emails, websites, leads and contacts? Can I forward them to FLP360? A: At the moment we are working on a migration plan and will have this finalized shortly. In the meantime, we recommend that you maintain your MyFLPBiz account if you wish to retain your existing MyFLPBiz emails, websites, leads and contacts. Remember, signing up for FLP360 is optional, and we are reserving your subdomain so there is no need to worry. HOW TO SIGN‐UP
