Virtual Video Room (VVR) - Quick Guide
The Virtual Video Room is a reservation-less multipoint video
conferencing service that uses Glowpoint’s cloud-based infrastructure
to facilitate virtual meeting rooms. The VVR is an on demand, dial-in
conference service which provides users with a conference code that
establishes a private virtual meeting room. For added security, the
VVR also equips meeting hosts with a unique, HOST CODE that is
entered to start a conference.
VVR allows you to dial-in from video and audio devices; is protocol agnostic supporting SIP,
H323 and H320 ISDN; and is compatible with both standard definition and high definition
resolutions. Based on your plan, VVR can support any number of endpoints - with optimal
performance at 4-6 participants.
