Ms. Hill personifies the core value of “Service Before Self.” In her first assignment with a Maintenance Quality Office, she hit the ground running, making an immediate and invaluable impact on the quality standard across the 76th Maintenance Wing. She drove the Wing to an all-time high Quality Assurance Pass rate of 95% for FY07-2. This set a benchmark for the Wing. Brenda expertly manages the OC-ALC Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Program for the Center. Under her leadership, the program has risen to new heights, achieving and sustaining the best FOD rate among the three ALCs. Brenda is an exceptional supervisor who constantly mentors her staff and encourages them to succeed on their own. These qualities were directly reflected in her Quality Analysis Team’s selection as an "Outstanding Team" by the AFMC IG during the UCI. She also excels as the NSPS and GS Appraisal monitor for 76 MXW/QP. She ensured all mid-term feedbacks and close-out appraisals were completed on time, and quality checked each appraisal prior to submission. Community-minded, Brenda participated in the Dallas Breast Cancer 3-Day, 60-mile walk, personally raising over $4,000 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. She is also a member of the Tinker Management Association and Logistics Officers Association.
