CONSULTING ON BEHALF OF THE BUSINESS Joining our graduate scheme, you would be initially coming on board as a Researcher and would be responsible for working in partnership with the consultants, who manage the relationship we have with our clients. Together, you will ensure that the needs of both clients and candidates are met in a professional manner. Our staff, and you, will be trusted to advise candidates on their future career steps and of course on the most vital part of our client’s organisation - their workforce. GRADUATE RESEARCHER – THE JOB ROLE As a Researcher, your primary duty will be to source the best candidates for a specific role. We do this by a variety of methods, and no day is ever the same! Your role will include: Working with our team of consultants to understand clients requirements and develop a sourcing strategy Writing and posting job adverts Searching our in-house database for existing candidates Calling new or existing candidates to determine their current situation, and suitability for your requirement Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients Attending networking events and client meetings (this will involve travel to Central London) Interviewing candidates. GRADUATE RESEARCHER – KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Educated to degree-calibre, with a 2.1 or above Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Computer literate, including Word and Excel Capacity to build strong relationships with an array of professionals in the HR space The confidence to network effectively – both face to face at events, and through Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn The ability to work independently, or as part of a close-knit team Good attention to detail, with excellent spelling and grammar A professional and friendly attitude And most importantly, a good sense of humour!
