O następującej treści:
1. Pracodawca zatrudnia Pana Mariusza Zycha na stanowisko magazyniera w pełnym wymiarze czasu pracy i powierza następujące
obowiązki:
Prowadzenie magazynu spółki, dokonywanie okresowych inwentaryzacji, przyjmowanie i wydawanie towaru.
2. Jako miejsce wykonywania pracy ustala się magazyn pracodawcy mieszczący się w Poznaniu przy ul. Markowskiego 9, a dniem
rozpoczęcia pracy jest 15.04.2008 r.

hereinafter called “the Employer”, represented by: Kazimierz Kowalski the chairman of the board
And
2. Mariusz Zych, the son of Artur and Klotylda, living in Poznań, ul.
Kaliska 15, hereinafter called “the Employee”
Enter into the contract of employment
under the following terms and conditions:
1. The Employer employs Mariusz Zych as a full-time warehouse worker.
This position involves the following duties: keeping the company’s
warehouse, stock taking, accepting deliveries and dispatching goods.
2. The regular place of work is the Employer’s warehouse situated
in Poznań, Ulica Markowskiego 9. The start date of employment is
15/04/2008.
What is important?
In this text, particular attention had to be given to the terms and conditions of employment. Making sure that they are true to the original is
essential for a potential employee to perform well. Some terms, such as the Polish Sp. z o.o. are challenging because they cannot be translated
directly into their closest English equivalents (Ltd in this case). There are too many differences in the set-up, responsibility and liability. Please
note a change in date format as well.
