STANDARD AMENITIES [included in all packages]
! Use of Estate ALL DAY – Standard arrival time is 10am. With only one event per day our
guests receive 100% of our staff’s attention.
! Bridal Suite – Two room suite, with two restrooms and anteroom for lunch service.
! Grooms Lounge – Leather furniture, Xbox, Cable TV
! Garden Pavilion – Including two chandeliers, draping, hardwood floors, heat, air
conditioning, handicap access, smoking patio, and 6 additional indoor restrooms.
! Wedding Designer – Assigned at booking, to assist in the wedding process by selecting and
coordinating design elements, the event flow and timeline, as well as best utilization of the
estate. Minimum of 2 meetings.
! Butler/ Host for the day – All day service, with special attention to those last minute bridal
emergencies. Will welcome guests for the ceremony or cocktail reception.
! 5’ Round Dining Tables – To seat 8 guests, 9 guests or 10 guests as needed.
! Banquet Tables – For required bars [or drink stations], buffets, and possible escort cards.
! Cocktail Tables – For the cocktail reception in the mansion and the gardens.
! White Garden Chairs
! Basic Set-Up / Tear-Down – To include escort cards, preassembled table numbers, family
photos, guestbook, card box among other things.
! Insurance – The required event insurance to protect your family, our staff, and the mansion
itself.
! On Site Security – Off-duty Cincinnati Police Officer, to patrol the parking lot and the
parameter of the estate.
! Classic White China, Silverware, Stemware
! Dedicated Captain – Meet your captain a month before your wedding to review any specific
food allergies or requests.
! Private Tasting – Invite up to four guests to join you, to help create your custom wedding
menu.
We can seat 325 guests for a served dinner and 275 for a buffet dinner.

Any outside vendor is welcome at Pinecroft.
Only specific vendors participate in the FES spend back program.
Out of the $9,500 total rent, you may use $2,500 spend back, toward your choice of offered goods and
services booked with our Funky's Event Services Department [FES].
The $2,500 may be used toward the purchase of many items offered by FES [pricing will vary based
on selection and guest count]:
! Ceremony – Ceremony management includes set-up and tear down of ceremony chairs. As
well as rehearsal coordination, and on site ceremony queuing.
! Linens – FES will help you to select linens with depth and contrast in color, order, count and
lay linens, etc. for your wedding.
! DJ – DJ Toad is our amazing house DJ, with various pricing levels.
! Valet – Sharps Valet is our house valet service, offering very professional services.
! Florist – With a few different florist working in house we can provide options for your
wedding.
! Lighting – Up-lighting is the easiest way to change the mood in the pavilion. Pin spots will
make your centerpieces glow.
! Wedding Planning Services - Finishing Touches Package includes all vendor confirmations,
complete on-site management all day (even if ceremony is elsewhere), extensively detailed
timeline creation and implementation, etc.
! Wedding cake – With several different cake options you are sure to find one you love!
! Furniture – If you are looking for Chivari chairs or farm tables we can supply them for you.
FOOD BEVERAGE AND SERVICE
Funky’s catering will design your custom menu after your private tasting. The minimum required
spend per guest is $75. The $75 per guest minimum does not include tax or gratuity. Guests under 21
are not charged for the alcohol, and children under 10 are priced separately. Interesting items that
can be incorporated into your menu are late night stations, signature cocktails and even different
service styles.

Basic linens for up to 200 guests will be included in the Friday Rental Package. Our Funky’s Event
Services [FES] Department will help you to select from 60 different color choices! These will include
your dinner tables, napkins, service tables and cocktail tables. Upgrades are available.
Pre-Set Buffet Menu [food, beverage & service]
Funky’s Catering offers a pre-set buffet option [up to 200 guests] on Fridays for $66 per guest, tax and
gratuity are not included. Guests under 21 are not charged for the alcohol. Custom menus are
available and must meet a $75 per person food, beverage and service minimum.

No, we do not hold any dates; the couple to return the signed contract with a deposit will book

The deposit to book your wedding date is $3,000 and is due with the signed contract.
