identified in Ms. Williams’ testimony as having initially received a mailer
to join KCEC and the approsimate 6,000 that did join arise?
Please provide a copy of the initial letter that was actually sent to the
KCEC members and the mailer to the 1,000 persons as members of
KCEC.
How did KCEC determine the “‘random sample” for the 1,000 persons that
received the ma.iler/letter fiom the approximate 6,000 tnenibers of KCEC?
Please verifjr whether the mailing by KCEC was prepared &-house or by
