Fill out the form entering Company / Organization as CU SOP Affiliate. Click continue and verify your information to confirm your status as a preceptor at the University Of Colorado School Of Pharmacy. Your CE ID # will be automatically generated and you are ready to use it from any Internet-connected computer to access Preceptor Training & Resource Network.
