Instructions: For the items you hope to win, specify your opening bid and maximum bid on this form. Plan carefully!
If you ultimately win more than one item, your credit card will be processed for all winning items on the day of the
auction. During the afternoon of the Champagne Luncheon, your bid instructions will be entered for you by proxy as
if you were in attendance. As our silent auction progresses during the afternoon, your proxy will be entered at the
next bid increment throughout the auction up to the maximum bid you have specified on this form.
All pre-bids for each item will be reviewed in advance of the auction and the highest pre-bid will be listed as the
opening bid on the day of the silent auction. In the event of a tie at maximum bid during the “Bid by Fax” period,
the fully completed fax with the earliest received date and time will be entered as the current winning bid on the day
of the Silent Auction. You will receive a phone call to confirm that your Pre-Bid form was received, so be certain to
carefully print that information on this fax. (If you do not receive a confirming call within an hour during regular
business hours, please call to confirm that your fax has been received. We are not responsible for misdirected or
non-received faxes.)
