‫כל טבליה מכילה ‪ 47.2‬מ"ג לקטוז מונוהידרט‪.‬‬
‫פעילות רפואית‪:‬‬
‫התרופה מיועדת למניעה וטיפול בחסר בחומצה פולית‪.‬‬
‫מתי אין להשתמש בתכשיר?‬
‫אין להשתמש אם ידועה רגישות לאחד ממרכיבי התרופה‪.‬‬
‫אין להשתמש בתרופה מבלי להיוועץ ברופא לפני התחלת הטיפול‪:‬‬
‫אם הינך סובל‪/‬ת או סבלת בעבר מאנמיות מסוגים אחרים‪.‬‬
‫לפני התחלת השימוש בתרופה זו‪ ,‬עלייך לדווח לרופא באם הינך בהריון או מניקה‬
‫או מתכננת להרות או להניק בקרוב‪.‬‬
‫יש להיזהר בחולים עם גידולים סרטניים מסוגים מסוימים‪.‬‬
‫אזהרות‪:‬‬
‫אין להשתמש בתרופה זו לעיתים קרובות או תקופה ממושכת בלי להיוועץ ברופא‪.‬‬
‫אם הינך רגיש‪/‬ה למזון כלשהו או לתרופה כלשהי‪ ,‬עליך להודיע על כך לרופא‬
‫לפני נטילת התרופה‪.‬‬
‫התכשיר מכיל לקטוז ועלול לגרום לאלרגיה אצל אנשים הרגישים ללקטוז‪.‬‬
‫מינון זה אינו מתאים לנטילה יומית בגיל הפוריות‪.‬‬
‫תגובות בין‪-‬תרופתיות‪:‬‬
‫אם הינך נוטל‪/‬ת תרופה נוספת‪ ,‬או אם גמרת זה עתה טיפול בתרופה אחרת‪,‬‬
‫עליך לדווח לרופא המטפל כדי למנוע סיכונים או אי‪-‬יעילות הנובעים מתגובות‬
‫בין‪-‬תרופתיות‪ ,‬במיוחד לגבי תרופות מהקבוצות הבאות‪:‬‬
‫• תרופות נגד פרכוסים (פניטואין‪ ,‬קרבמזפין‪ ,‬פנוברביטל‪ ,‬פרימידון)‬
‫• אסטרוגנים‬
‫• גלולות למניעת הריון‬
‫• מתוטרקסט‬
‫• פירימטמין‬
‫• אנטיביוטיקות מסוג מסוים ‪ -‬טריאמטרן‪ ,‬טרימטופרים‬
‫• סולפונאמידים‬
‫• פלואורואורציל ‪ -‬לטיפול בסרטן‬
‫• תכשירים להקלה על מערכת העיכול ‪ -‬סותרי חומצה המכילים אלומיניום או‬
‫מגנזיום‬
‫• תכשירים המכילים אבץ (כמו למשל ויטמינים או תוספי תזונה)‬
‫• סולפאסאלאזין לטיפול בקוליטיס‪ ,‬מחלת קרוהן ודלקת פרקים שגרונית‬
‫• מתוטרקסט לטיפול במחלת קרוהן‪ ,‬ספחת או דלקת פרקים שגרונית‬
‫תופעות לוואי‪:‬‬
‫בנוסף לפעילות הרצויה של התרופה‪ ,‬בזמן השימוש בה עלולות להופיע השפעות‬
‫לוואי‪ ,‬כגון‪ :‬בחילה‪ ,‬חוסר תאבון‪ ,‬גזים‪ ,‬תחושת נפיחות בבטן‪.‬‬
‫תופעות המחייבות התייחסות מיוחדת‪:‬‬
‫תגובה אלרגית המלווה בקוצר נשימה‪ ,‬קשיי נשימה ולחץ בחזה‪ ,‬האדמת העור‪,‬‬
‫חום‪ ,‬בחילה וחוסר נוחות‪ ,‬פריחה בעור‪ ,‬גירוד או עקצוץ בעור (נדיר)‪ :‬הפסק‪/‬י‬
‫הטיפול ופנה‪/‬י לרופא!‬
‫בכל מקרה שבו הינך מרגיש‪/‬ה תופעות לוואי שלא צוינו בעלון זה‪ ,‬או אם חל שינוי‬
‫בהרגשתך הכללית עליך להתייעץ עם הרופא מיד‪.‬‬
‫תופעות לוואי ותגובות בין‪-‬תרופתיות בילדים ותינוקות‪:‬‬
‫על ההורים לדווח לרופא המטפל על כל תופעת לוואי וכן על כל תרופה נוספת‬
‫הניתנת לילד‪/‬ה!‬
‫ראה‪/‬י לעיל תופעות לוואי ותגובות בין‪-‬תרופתיות מיוחדות שפורטו‪.‬‬
‫מינון מקובל בהעדר הוראה אחרת מרופא‪:‬‬
‫‪ 1‬טבליה ביום‪.‬‬
‫אין לעבור על המנה המומלצת‪.‬‬
‫אם שכחת ליטול תרופה זו בזמן קצוב יש ליטול מנה מיד כשנזכרת אך בשום‬
‫אופן אין ליטול שתי מנות יחד!‬
‫שים‪/‬י לב‪:‬‬
‫יש לחכות פרק זמן של שעתיים לפחות בין נטילת תרופה זו לבין נטילת סותרי‬
‫חומצה המכילים אלומיניום או מגנזיום‪.‬‬
‫אופן השימוש‪:‬‬
‫אין ללעוס! לבלוע את התרופה עם מעט מים‪.‬‬
‫במקרה הצורך ניתן לכתוש את הטבליה‪.‬‬
‫מנע‪/‬י הרעלה!‬
‫תרופה זו וכל תרופה אחרת יש לשמור במקום סגור מחוץ להישג ידם של ילדים‬
‫ו‪/‬או תינוקות ועל ידי כך תמנע הרעלה‪.‬‬
‫אם נטלת מנת יתר או אם בטעות בלע ילד מן התרופה‪ ,‬פנה‪/‬י מיד לחדר מיון של‬
‫בית החולים‪ ,‬והבא‪/‬י אריזת התרופה איתך‪.‬‬
‫אין לגרום להקאה ללא הוראה מפורשת מרופא!‬
‫אין ליטול תרופות בחושך! יש לבדוק את התווית והמנה בכל פעם שהינך נוטל‪/‬ת‬
‫תרופה‪ .‬יש להרכיב משקפיים אם הינך זקוק‪/‬ה להם‪.‬‬
‫אחסנה‪:‬‬
‫יש לאחסן בטמפרטורה שאינה עולה על ‪.25ºC‬‬
‫גם לפי תנאי האריזה‪/‬האחסנה המומלצים‪ ,‬תרופות נשמרות לתקופה מוגבלת‬
‫בלבד‪ .‬נא לשים לב לתאריך התפוגה של התכשיר! בכל מקרה של ספק‪ ,‬עליך‬
‫להיוועץ ברוקח שסיפק לך את התרופה‪.‬‬

Read the entire leaflet carefully before commencing treatment
The format of this leaflet was determined by the Ministry of Health
and its content was checked and approved in June 2012

Tablets
Composition:
Active ingredient, quantity and concentration:
Folic acid 5 mg/tab
Inactive ingredients:
Lactose monohydrate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Pregelatinised starch,
Magnesium stearate
Each tablet contains 47.2 mg lactose monohydrate.
Therapeutic action:
This medicine is intended for the prevention and treatment of folic acid
deficiency.
When should the product not be used?
Do not use this medicine if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients.
This medicine should not be used without consulting your physician prior
to commencing treatment:
If you suffer or have suffered in the past from other types of anemia.
Before starting to use this medicine, you should tell the doctor if you are pregnant
or breastfeeding or if you are planning to become pregnant or breastfeed in
the near future.
Caution should be exercised in patients with certain types of cancerous
tumors.
Warnings:
Do not use this medicine frequently or for long periods of time without consulting
your doctor.
If you are sensitive to any type of food or medicine, consult your doctor prior
to commencing treatment.
The medicine contains lactose and may cause an allergic reaction in people
who are sensitive to lactose.
This dosage is not suitable for daily administration if you are of childbearing
age.
Drug Interactions:
If you are taking another medicine or if you have just finished treatment with
another medicine, you must consult your doctor to avoid risks or inefficacy arising
from drug interactions, especially with drugs from the following groups:
• anticonvulsants (phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, primidone)
• estrogens
• oral contraceptives
• methotrexate
• pyrimethamine
• antibiotics of a certain type - triamterene, trimethoprim
• sulphonamides
• fluorouracil - for treatment of cancer
• medicines for digestive tract relief - antacids containing aluminium or
magnesium
• medicines containing zinc (such as for example vitamins or nutritional
supplements)
• sulphasalazine for treatment of colitis, Crohn’s disease and rheumatoid
arthritis
• methotrexate for treatment of Crohn’s disease, psoriasis or rheumatoid
arthritis.
Side Effects:
In addition to the desired effects of the medicine, some side effects may appear
during treatment with this medicine, such as: nausea, lack of appetite, flatulence,
a bloated feeling in the abdomen.
Side Effects which demand special attention:
Allergic reaction accompanied by shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and
chest tightness, reddening of the skin, fever, nausea and discomfort, skin rash,
itching or pricking of the skin (rare): discontinue treatment and contact your
doctor!
If you notice side effects not mentioned in this leaflet or if there has been any
change in your general health, consult your doctor immediately.
Side Effects and Drug Interactions in Children and Infants:
Parents should inform the doctor of any side effects and about any other
medicine being administered to the child!
See side effects and drug interactions listed above.
Recommended Dosage - unless otherwise specified by the doctor:
1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
If you forget to take this medicine at its fixed time, take a dose as soon as
you remember; under no circumstances, however, should two doses be taken
together!
Attention:
Wait a period of at least two hours between taking this medicine and taking
antacids containing aluminum or magnesium.
Instructions for use:
Do not chew! Swallow the medicine with a small amount of water.
If necessary, the tablet can be crushed.
Avoid Poisoning!
This medicine and any other medicine must be kept in a closed place out of the
reach of children and/or infants to avoid poisoning.
If you took an overdose or by mistake a child swallowed this medicine, go
to the emergency room of the hospital immediately and take the package of
medicine with you.
Do not induce vomiting unless clearly indicated by the doctor!
Medicines should not be taken in the dark! Check the label and the dose every
time you take the medicine. Wear glasses if you need them.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Even if stored according to their recommended conditions, medicines have a
limited life. Pay attention to the expiry date of the product! If in doubt, you must
consult your dispensing pharmacist.
Different medicines should not be stored in the same container.
