‫‪146‬‬ ‫עלון לצרכן לפי תקנות הרוקחים‬ ‫(תכשירים) התשמ"ו ‪1986 -‬‬ ‫לורתרים‬ ‫סירופ‬ ‫‬ ‫קרא‪/‬י בעיון את העלון עד סופו בטרם תשתמש‪/‬י בתרופה‬ ‫הרכב‪ :‬החומר הפעיל וריכוזו‪:‬‬ ‫כל ‪ 5‬מ"ל מכילים‪Loratadine 5 mg :‬‬ ‫מרכיבים בלתי פעילים‪:‬‬ ‫‪Sucrose, glycerin, propylene glycol, citric acid anhydrous,‬‬ ‫‪strawberry flavor, sodium benzoate, disodium edetate,‬‬ ‫‪purified water‬‬ ‫כל ‪ 5‬מ"ל מכילים ‪ 2.6‬גרם סוכרוז ו‪ 1.14 -‬מ"ג נתרן‪.‬‬ ‫קבוצה תרפויטית‪ :‬אנטי‪-‬היסטמינים‪.‬‬ ‫פעילות רפואית‪:‬‬ ‫תכשיר אנטי‪-‬היסטמיני לטיפול בנזלת אלרגית ובסרפדת‪.‬‬ ‫מתי אין להשתמש בתכשיר?‬ ‫אל תשתמשי בתרופה כאשר הינך בהריון או מניקה‪.‬‬ ‫אין להשתמש אם ידועה רגישות לאחד ממרכיבי התרופה‪.‬‬ ‫תופעות לוואי ותגובות בין‪-‬תרופתיות בילדים ותינוקות‪:‬‬ ‫על ההורים לדווח לרופא המטפל על כל תופעת לוואי וכן על‬ ‫כל תרופה נוספת הניתנת לילד‪/‬ה! ראה‪/‬י לעיל תופעות לוואי‬ ‫ותגובות בין‪-‬תרופתיות מיוחדות שפורטו‪.‬‬ ‫מינון‪:‬‬ ‫בהיעדר הוראה אחרת מרופא המינון המקובל הוא‪:‬‬ ‫מבוגרים וילדים מעל גיל ‪ 6‬שנים‪:‬‬ ‫‪ 10‬מ"ל פעם אחת ביום‪ ,‬על קיבה ריקה‪.‬‬ ‫ילדים ‪ 2-5‬שנים‪:‬‬ ‫‪ 5‬מ"ל פעם אחת ביום‪ ,‬על קיבה ריקה‪.‬‬ ‫אין לעבור על המנה המומלצת‪.‬‬ ‫תרופה זו אינה מיועדת בדרך‪-‬כלל לילדים ותינוקות מתחת‬ ‫לגיל שנתיים‪.‬‬ ‫אם שכחת ליטול תרופה זו בזמן קצוב יש ליטול מנה מיד‬ ‫כשנזכרת; אך בשום אופן אין ליטול שתי מנות ביחד!‬ ‫שים‪/‬י לב‪:‬‬ ‫יש להקפיד על מדידת המנה בכוסית מדידה מיוחדת‪ ,‬מזלף‬ ‫וכו'‪.‬‬ ‫אופן השימוש‪:‬‬ ‫יש ליטול את התרופה לפני הארוחה‪.‬‬ ‫כיצד תוכל‪/‬י לסייע להצלחת הטיפול?‬ ‫עליך להשלים את הטיפול שהומלץ על‪-‬ידי הרופא‪.‬‬ ‫גם אם חל שיפור במצב בריאותך‪ ,‬אין להפסיק הטיפול בתרופה‬ ‫ללא התייעצות עם רופא‪.‬‬ ‫אזהרות‪:‬‬ ‫אם הינך רגיש‪/‬ה למזון כלשהו או לתרופה כלשהי‪ ,‬עליך להודיע‬ ‫על‪-‬כך לרופא לפני נטילת התרופה‪ .‬יש להפסיק נטילת התרופה‬ ‫לפחות ‪ 48‬שעות לפני מבחן רגישות בעור‪ ,‬מאחר והתרופות‬ ‫האנטי‪-‬היסטמיניות עלולות לבטל או להפחית תגובה חיובית‬ ‫למבחן‪.‬‬ ‫יש לעדכן כל רופא המטפל בך (כולל רופא שיניים) כי הינך‬ ‫נוטל‪/‬ת לורתרים‪.‬‬ ‫במידה ונכנסת להיריון בעת נטילת התכשיר היוועצי ברופא‪.‬‬ ‫אין להשתמש בתרופה זו לעיתים קרובות או לתקופה ממושכת‬ ‫מבלי להיוועץ ברופא‪.‬‬ ‫לעיתים נדירות שימוש בתכשיר עלול לגרום לתחושת נמנום‬ ‫שעלולה להשפיע על יכולת הנהיגה ושימוש במכונות‪.‬‬ ‫התכשיר מכיל סוכרוז‪.‬‬ ‫מנע‪/‬י הרעלה!‬ ‫תרופה זו וכל תרופה אחרת יש לשמור במקום סגור מחוץ להישג‬ ‫ידם של ילדים ו‪/‬או תינוקות ועל‪-‬ידי כך תמנע‪/‬י הרעלה‪.‬‬ ‫אם נטלת מנת יתר או אם בטעות בלע ילד מן התרופה‪ ,‬פנה‪/‬י‬ ‫מיד לחדר מיון של בית‪-‬חולים‪ ,‬והבא‪/‬י אריזת התרופה איתך‪.‬‬ ‫אין לגרום להקאה ללא הוראה מפורשת מרופא!‬ ‫אין ליטול תרופות בחושך! יש לבדוק התווית והמנה בכל פעם‬ ‫שהינך נוטל‪/‬ת תרופה‪ .‬יש להרכיב משקפיים אם הינך זקוק‪/‬ה‬ ‫להם‪.‬‬ ‫תגובות בין‪-‬תרופתיות‪:‬‬ ‫אם הינך נוטל‪/‬ת תרופה נוספת‪ ,‬לרבות תרופות ללא מרשם‬ ‫או תוספי תזונה‪ ,‬או אם גמרת זה עתה טיפול בתרופה אחרת‬ ‫עליך לדווח לרופא המטפל כדי למנוע סיכונים או אי‪-‬יעילות‬ ‫הנובעים מתגובות בין‪-‬תרופתיות‪ ,‬במיוחד לגבי התרופות הבאות‪:‬‬ ‫סימטידין‪ ,‬אמיודארון‪.‬‬ ‫אחסנה‪:‬‬ ‫במקום חשוך וקריר מתחת ל‪.25°C -‬‬ ‫גם לפי תנאי האריזה‪/‬האחסנה המומלצים‪ ,‬תרופות נשמרות‬ ‫לתקופה מוגבלת בלבד‪ .‬נא לשים לב לתאריך התפוגה של התכשיר!‬ ‫בכל מקרה של ספק‪ ,‬עליך להיוועץ ברוקח שסיפק לך את‬ ‫התרופה‪ .‬אין לאחסן תרופות שונות באותה אריזה‪.‬‬ ‫תופעות לוואי‪:‬‬ ‫בנוסף לפעילות הרצויה של התרופה‪ ,‬בזמן השימוש בה עלולות‬ ‫להופיע תופעות לוואי כגון‪ :‬יובש בפה‪ ,‬טשטוש ראייה‪ ,‬בחילה‪ ,‬נמנום‪,‬‬ ‫כאב ראש‪ ,‬עייפות‪ ,‬עצבנות‪ ,‬אי‪-‬שקט‪ ,‬בעיות עיכול‪ ,‬עלייה בתאבון‪.‬‬ ‫אם תופעות אלו נמשכות או מטרידות יש לפנות לרופא‪.‬‬ ‫מס' רישום התרופה‪125 79 30442 00 :‬‬ ‫פורמט עלון זה נקבע ע"י משרד הבריאות ותוכנו נבדק ואושר‬ ‫על‪-‬ידו‬ ‫תופעות המחייבות התייחסות מיוחדת‪:‬‬ ‫קצב לב מואץ ותחושת דופק מהיר (נדיר)‪ ,‬חולשה קיצונית‪,‬‬ ‫סימפטומים של פגיעה בכבד‪ :‬הצהבת העור והעיניים (נדיר מאוד) ‪-‬‬ ‫במקרה זה יש להפסיק את הטיפול ולפנות לרופא מיד‪.‬‬ ‫‪0712A‬‬ ‫אין להשתמש בתרופה מבלי להיוועץ ברופא לפני התחלת‬ ‫הטיפול‪:‬‬ ‫אם הינך סובל‪/‬ת או סבלת בעבר מליקוי בתפקוד‪ :‬הכבד‪,‬‬ ‫הכליה‪.‬‬ ‫סימנים פתאומיים ו‪/‬או חמורים של אלרגיה כגון‪ :‬פריחה עורית‪,‬‬ ‫גירוד‪ ,‬חרלת‪ ,‬קוצר נשימה‪ ,‬צפצופים או בעיות נשימה‪ ,‬התנפחות‬ ‫של הפנים‪/‬השפתיים‪/‬הלשון‪/‬איזורים אחרים בגוף ‪ -‬יש להפסיק‬ ‫טיפול ולפנות לרופא מיד‪.‬‬ ‫בכל מקרה שבו הינך מרגיש‪/‬ה תופעות לוואי שלא צוינו בעלון‬ ‫זה‪ ,‬או אם חל שינוי בהרגשתך הכללית עליך להתייעץ עם‬ ‫הרופא מיד‪.‬‬ ‫‪107428010‬‬ ‫‪146‬‬ 146 PATIENT PACKAGE INSERT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PHARMACISTS’ REGULATIONS (PREPARATIONS) - 1986 LORATRIM Syrup Read this package insert carefully in its entirety before using this medicine Composition: Active ingredient and its concentration: Each 5 ml contains: Loratadine 5 mg Inactive ingredients: Sucrose, glycerin, propylene glycol, citric acid anhydrous, strawberry flavor, sodium benzoate, disodium edetate, purified water Each 5 ml contains 2.6 g sucrose and 1.14 mg sodium. Therapeutic group: Antihistamines. Therapeutic activity: An antihistamine preparation for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and urticaria. When should the preparation not be used? Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have a known sensitivity to any of the medicine’s ingredients. Do not use this medicine without consulting a doctor before starting treatment: If you are suffering, or have suffered in the past, from impaired function of: the liver, the kidney. Warnings: If you are sensitive to any type of food or medicine, inform your doctor before commencing treatment with this medicine. Stop taking the medicine at least 48 hours before a skin test for allergies, since antihistamines may prevent or diminish a positive reaction to the test. Inform any doctor treating you (including a dentist) that you are taking Loratrim. If you become pregnant while taking the preparation consult a doctor. Do not use this medicine frequently or for a prolonged period without consulting a doctor. Rarely, use of the preparation may cause drowsiness that could affect the ability to drive and use machines. The preparation contains sucrose. Drug interactions: If you are taking another drug, including non-prescription medicines or food supplements, or if you have just finished treatment with another medicine, inform the attending doctor, in order to prevent hazards or lack of efficacy arising from drug interactions, especially regarding the following medicines: cimetidine, amiodarone. Side effects and drug interactions in children and infants: Parents must inform the attending doctor about any side effect and any other drug given to the child! See above for details of special side effects and drug interactions. Dosage: Unless otherwise instructed by the doctor the recommended dosage is: Adults and children above 6 years of age: 10 ml once a day, on an empty stomach. Children 2-5 years of age: 5 ml once a day, on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This medicine is usually not intended for children and infants under 2 years of age. If you forget to take this medicine at the specified time, take a dose as soon as you remember; but under no circumstances should you take two doses together! Attention: Be sure to measure the dose in a special measuring cup, dropper, etc. Directions for use: The medicine should be taken before a meal. How can you contribute to the success of the treatment? Complete the full course of treatment as recommended by the doctor. Even if there is an improvement in your health, do not stop treatment with the medicine without consulting the doctor. Avoid poisoning! This medicine, and all other medicines, must be stored in a close place out of the reach of children and/or infants, to avoid poisoning. If you have taken an overdose, or if a child has accidentally swallowed the medicine, proceed immediately to a hospital emergency room, and bring the medicine package with you. Do not induce vomiting unless explicitly instructed to do so by a doctor! Do not take medicines in the dark! Check the label and the dose each time you take a medicine. Wear glasses if you need them. Storage: In a dark and cool place below 25°C. Even if kept in their original container and stored as recommended, medicines may be kept for a limited period only. Please note the expiry date of the medicine! In any case of doubt, consult the pharmacist who dispensed the medicine to you. Do not store different medications in the same package. If these effects persist or are bothersome, refer to the doctor. Effects that require special attention: Rapid heart rate and a sensation of rapid pulse (rare), extreme weakness, symptoms of liver damage: yellowing of the skin and eyes (very rare) - in this case stop treatment and refer to the doctor immediately. Sudden and/or severe signs of allergy, such as: skin rash, itching, hives, shortness of breath, wheezing or breathing problems, swelling of the face/lips/tongue/other body areas - stop treatment and refer to the doctor immediately.
