3102 ‫שבט גלים‬ ‫סיכום חודש דצמבר‬ !‫הורים וחניכים חזק‬ ,‫ מגנטים‬,‫אז מה היה לנו החודש? החודש התחיל עם פסטיחנוכה משוגע מלא בתחנות‬ ‫ פעולות כיפיות במיוחד סיימנו את החודש בפעולת הורים‬3 ‫ ואחרי‬.‫שוקולד והפתעות‬ .‫חניכים מוצלחת במיוחד וקבלת שבת שבטית עם ארוחת ערב טעימה‬ Dear Parents and Tzofim! So what did we do this past month? We began with a wild FestiChanukah filled with fun stations, Shevet magnets with some of our favorite faces, chocolate and surprises. Then we had two more exciting pe’ulot and completed the month with a successful joint parent-kids pe’ula, a Shevet Kabbalat Shabbat and yummy dinner. :‫אז הנה לפניכם קצת מהפעולות מהחודש האחרון‬ Here are some more details from the past month’s activities: 3102 ‫שבט גלים‬ ‫סיכום חודש דצמבר‬ ‫ עמית‬:)‫ רשג"ד (ראש גדוד‬.‫ לי ושיר ס‬:‫גדוד ג' בנים (המרשמלוים) מדריכות‬ ‫ חניכים‬01-‫נכחו בפעילות כ‬ ‫עמית‬:)‫ רשג"ד (ראש גדוד‬.‫ לין וגליה‬:‫בנות (הנינג'ות) מדריכות‬ ‫ חניכות‬6-‫נכחו בפעילות כ‬ ‫לאחר שהחניכים כבר הכירו את תנועת הצופים את ההמנון וההיסטוריה החודש הם הכירו‬ ‫ התחילו להכיר את‬.‫את מאפייני חג החנוכה וסמליו והתעסקו יותר בצופיות למתחילים‬ ‫ בפעולת ההורים חניכים החליטו‬.‫ החבלים ואיך כופתים כפיתה מרובעת‬,‫הסנדות‬ .‫המדריכות לשתף פעולה ויחד העבירו לכל חניכי והורי השכבה פעילות על יום השבת‬ Unit (G’dud) Gimel Boys (3rd), The Marshmallows. Madrichot (counselors) are Lee and Sheer S. Unit Leader is Amit: 10 Boys attending Unit (G’dud) Gimel Girls, The Ninjas. Madrichot are Lynn and Galia. Unit leader is Amit: 6 Girls attending. After the chanichim learned about the Tzofim movement along with its history and anthem, they proceeded to also study some Chanukkah basics and more advanced Tzofim activities such as working with wooden stakes, rope and square knots. Madrichim are Shir E. and Jonah. Unit Leader is Amit. 12 Chanichim attending (boys and girls combined). The group continued discussing group cohesion and values as well as cooperation. They then proceeded to discuss fighting and arguments and why one shouldn’t hold a grudge. In addition, the group discussed one of the Tzofim sayings: “The Tzofeh is a friend to every person and a brother to other Tzofim.” They discussed the implications of this phrase and who are their friends. In the Kabbalat Shabbat pe’ula they conducted team-based creativity challenges. Madrichim are Reut and Yarden. Unit leader is Tomer. 9 chanichim attending. Hay continued exploring and discussing the environment. They also looked at history. In addition they had activities involving investigations and tried to solve puzzles by using clues. One pe’ula explored Israeli inventions and discoveries such as flash memory, cherry tomatoes, drip irrigation, etc. The parent-child event dealt with family histories, including the different edot in Judaism and their own personal family history. 3102 ‫שבט גלים‬ ‫סיכום חודש דצמבר‬ )‫גדוד ו' (הדרדסים‬ ‫ תומר‬:)‫ רשג"ד (ראש גדוד‬.‫ דורין ואוריון‬:‫מדריכים‬ ‫ חניכים‬01-‫ כ‬:‫נכחו בפעילות‬ ‫ על תקשורת‬,‫גדוד ו' המשיך אחרי חנוכה לדבר על תקשורת על אמצעי תקשורת שונים‬ ‫ הגדוד דיבר על‬."‫ "הצופה טהור בדבריו ובמעשיו‬:‫צופית ודנו באחד מדברות הצופה‬ ‫ בפעולת ההורים חניכים עברו החניכים פעולה על‬.‫שקרים ולמה רצוי תמיד לדבר אמת‬ .‫תקשורת אחד עם השני ועם הוריהם‬ Unit (G’dud) Vav (6th), Dardasim (Smurfs). Madrichim are Orion and Doreen. Unit Leader is Tomer. 12 chanichim attending. The chanichim continued learning about communicating with others, different means of communication with others, and what is meant by Tzofim communications. They concluded with one of the Tzofim sayings: “The Tzofeh is pure in his words and his deeds.” The chanichim discussed lies, lying and why it is desirable to speak the truth. Madricha is Leeor and the Unit Leader is Ronnie. 7 chanichim attending. As part of their bar/bat mitzvah year, this group has been conducting pe’ulot involving this important year in their lives. As part of this discussion, they underwent a pe’ula that deal with maturity issues. They also discussed the coming year at the Tzofim and their obligations to complete 13 assignments in order to move on to next year and arrive at the Machane Kaitz (summer camp) bar/bat mitzvah ceremony that awaits them. Their first assignment, given just as the year 3102 ‫שבט גלים‬ ‫סיכום חודש דצמבר‬ ended, was to right a short activity about a topic of their choice. They will lead this activity in pairs and threesomes after winter break. )‫גדוד ח' (כל פעם הם מחליפים שם‬ ‫ רוני‬:)‫ רשג"דית (ראש גדוד‬.‫ דנה ונדב‬:‫מדריכים‬ ‫ חניכים‬01 :‫נכחו בפעילות‬ ‫ הם דיברו על תקשורת צופית על אמצעי תקשורת שונים‬,‫גדוד ח' המשיך לדון בתקשורת‬ ‫ בפעולת ההורים‬.‫והתחילו להכין פרסומת ליום צופה על פי תסריט שהם כתבו וביימו‬ ‫חניכים ניסו החניכים לשמור על ביצה ובדקו את התקשורת שלהם בינם לבין עצמם ועם‬ .‫הוריהם‬ Unit (G’dud) Chet (8th), The Group That Keeps Changing Its Name. Madrichim are Dana and Nadav. Unit Leader is Ronnie. 10 Chanichim attending. This Gdud continued with activities that revolve around group communications, Tzofim communications and different means of communicating. They also began to prepare an advertisement for Yom HaTzofeh based on a script they are writing and directing. At the parent-child event they sought to preserve an egg and considered communications among themselves as well as with their parents. ‫סיכום חודש דצמבר‬ ‫שבט גלים ‪3102‬‬ ‫גדוד ט' (ליפקבב)‬ ‫מדריכים‪ :‬שי ונועם‬ ‫נכחו בפעילות‪ :‬כ‪ 00 -‬חניכים‬ ‫שכבת ט' המשיכו לדבר על מקומם בקבוצה ועל כוחה של קבוצה כמקשה אחת שהם‬ ‫הפרטים שמרכיבים את הקבוצה להיות טובה וחזקה כמו שהיא‪ .‬בנוסף דיברו החניכים על‬ ‫סל הערכים שלהם ועל מה שחשוב להם כמדריכים לעתיד להעביר לחניכים שלהם בשנה‬ ‫הבאה‪ .‬בפעולת ההורים חניכים השכבה עברה פעולה על השבת שלהם במשפחה על‬ ‫הדומה והשונה‪.‬‬ ‫‪Unit (G’dud) Tet (9th), Lifkebab. Madrichim are Shai and Noam. 11‬‬ ‫‪chanichim attending.‬‬ ‫‪The chanichim worked on their place and role in the group and learned the strength‬‬ ‫‪of the G’dud as one unit. An emphasis was placed on the chanichim’s role as parts‬‬ ‫‪of a larger group and how their participation in that role strengthens the group.‬‬ 3102 ‫שבט גלים‬ ‫סיכום חודש דצמבר‬ The chanichim also discussed their “basket” of values and what is important to them as future madrichim, particularly in terms of the ideas they would like to pass on to their chanichim next year.
