MINNESOTA LETTERS

Minnesota Letters combine the attributes of several other
letter types. They are made from C.A.B. (Cellulose Acetate
Butyrate), a renewable resource (non-petroleum) plastic for incredible durability. They also are created using precision tooled
molds for razor sharp edges and extra dimension. While clearly
a plastic letter, they are suitable for many ‘‘up-close’’ applications – even in small sizes. Gemini has a stock of these letters
ready to paint to your specifications – so they will ship out generally within 1 business day.

the underlying casting process itself has changed so little for thousands
of years. It may also be because the casting process allows for the creation of the deepest, sturdiest, most beautiful metal letters and logos.

Gemini has devoted 50,000 square feet to the storage of our CNC cut,
hand-finished patterns in over 50 of the most common letterstyles. Our
all-electric, pollution-free furnaces in Texas, Iowa, and Minnesota melt
the virgin bronze and aluminum ingot used in the process. Our handfinished product is produced for you in about 8 days – often for less than
what you would expect to pay for such quality.

Waterjet cut letters offer the combination of the precision available in a
CNC controlled 70,000 psi cutting head and the durability and distinction
of pure metal. Gemini’s 5 locations across the U.S. and Canada can take
your .EPS, .CDR, or other vector-based art file and use it to carve out a design from cold rolled sheets of aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, or even
stainless steel. Once cut, your order is less than half-way through the
process–your order will be hand-finished to your specification: whether
polished, anodized, or even powder coated. Gemini waterjet cut letters
are all durable enough for outdoors, yet perfect enough for any boardroom application.

Gemini’s etched plaques are made from virgin sheet stock that is always
lead & mercury free. The chemical etching process allows us to reproduce even the most complex artwork onto the surface of the metal.
Used in combination with Gemini’s cast and architectural plaque lines
– etched medallions and emblems provide the precision needed to accentuate the perfect plaque or marker. Gemini can etch Brass, Bronze,
Copper and Stainless Steel in varying gauges and dimensions – and like
Gemini’s architectural plaques, 8 day production is standard on etched
plaque orders.

Transparent letter with silk screened black
background. Letters are made with a Beveled Overlay System. These letters are priced
the same as other Pronto letters. Clear acrylic blanks are precision injection molded to a .080” thickness. These blanks
will not warp or blow away under most conditions. Raised edges prevent scratching.
Feet on the base of each letter keep it from being frozen to the track in winter. These
premium blanks are silk screened with ecologically sound UV inks. This design has
