Track Rivets
Rivets can be used when installing the track
onto a surface that will expand and contract
at somewhat the same rate as the track.
Rivets will work on a panel thickness range of
.375" – .500".

Gemini manufactures and stocks top, dual and bottom track in 8', 10' and 12' lengths. This
track is made from impact modified clear virgin acrylic or polycarbonate. Custom lengths and

injection molded to a .080” thickness. These blanks will not warp or blow away under most
conditions. Raised edges prevent scratching. Feet on the base of each letter keep it from being
frozen to the track in winter. These premium blanks are silk screened with ecologically sound
(no VOC’s) UV inks. Gemini PRONTO letters are the industry’s only Changeable Copy letters

faces X multiplier = approximate font size (round up/down as necessary). A minimum
250 piece font should be ordered for a 4 line / 2 sided 4' x 8' copy board to be effective.
This chart is to be used as a guide only. Larger fonts are available and can be customized
to meet your specific needs.
Example for 6" letters: 8' wide rows; 4 rows on each side; Double Face Sign (2 faces)
8 x 4 x 2 x 5-1/2 = 352 (minimum pieces you should order)
